A work in USA

Владимир Владимиров
I should like to share experiences with those who came or will come to the U.S. without having a permanent source of livelihood. The main source of this is the work in America.
The massive influx of immigrants who entered the U.S. on a visitor, worker, student and other visas, forced the State Department and Immigration and Naturalization Service relating to toughen illegal immigrants. They are often identified among the population and put in jail. Or deport to issue a visa ban on re-entering the United States.
Illegals has become harder to get a job, because employers have begun to impose heavy fines if they find such staff. By the way, whoever in the first six months of legal stay in the United States did not have time to get Social Security Number, deprived of the opportunity to obtain a work permit. For the treatment in this case, the Immigration and Naturalization Service to immediately exposed as an illegal.
However, this does not mean that in U.S. everybody can not get a job without special permission. In fact, America is experiencing a greater need for workers who could work in private homes, families, shops, restaurants, car washes and other unpopular and low-income areas, where the Americans do not want to settle down. Information can be found in the Russian and Polish newspapers, which are published here in large numbers.

Find a job (for a fee ~ $ 200) also help agency employment. But there need to keep my ears open - because you can get to the fraudsters. Another way to stay afloat - to go to the volunteers. Initially, it will be free labor, but it is hoped eventually to obtain a permanent seat. Yet the surest way - recommendation familiar and "meaningful" rights.

But even if you receive a work permit, get a job not so easy. First, you need good English and be able to pass the proposed tests. Secondly, it will need three recommendations and a summary of U.S. residents who know the applicant more than three years.V Thirdly, preference is given to someone who has a Driver License. For your information: Soviet and even our graduate schools are not very listed, so be retrained or finish any courses. In particular, commonly used are the monthly rates for the care of elderly sick people. They cost about three hundred dollars, but with a "diploma" work you are guaranteed up to distribution.

By the way, cost of living in the United States is set no lower than 125 percent of the official poverty line.  Poverty level is calculated annually by the Ministry of Health and is about eight hundred dollars a month.
Good job easier to lose than to find. So many Americans (even those who arranged) very carefully reviewed the press. Especially Sunday edition of the newspaper "New York Times", which publishes a large number of vacancy announcements. Many immigrants do not use it because of ignorance of the English language. They are forced to collect information from Russian newspapers, where the job is not very tempting in the financial sense. On average, about four dollars per hour. While federal law, charges for work done can not be less than six and a half dollars per hour.

By the way. In America, there is a list of reasons that can be denied employment.  Here are just some of them:
1.An appearance is not good 2.Whan somebody know-all. 3.No hard handshake.
4.A little interests. 5.No look in the eyes.
6.Say about their acquaintances. 7.No courtesy.
8.No interest in public life. 9.No ideas.
10. Unsuccessful family life. .... Total  fifty reasons.

Personally, I as an illegal for about a year had to work in New York on various non-prestigious jobs with pay from 3,5 up to 4 dollars per hour. But not so easy to get it.  It's easier to look for work was then, when he won a green card. But not quite. It was necessary to have three recommendations from the locals, know English, have a driver's license, pass a commission on drugs  to pass the test and pass interview.

Usually the test contained in itself about 50 questions in English, with some tricky answers. From the first time hardly anyone passes this test. After this test, you must submit fingerprints of all fingers - check on the criminal. Then, a two-hour lecture on safety and as an offset to retell the content of the English language. That way I managed to get a certificate of employee "Bell Security, Inc" of New York State, where I worked for about two years, guarding the museums, banks and shops in the wealthy city of New York. Perform their duties under the supervision of cameras, too no easy. Sometimes not even know what a hole for you watch. More information to here:    http://www.discovericoinpro.com/varmyr
I wish you all success, who can come and work in America.
