Бог создал нас творцами. В этом мы подобны Ему. В свободном творчестве – наше счастье.
Игры детей – это свободное творчество. Ребёнок стремится создать и чувствует огромную радость, когда ему удаётся то, что он хотел создать..Рисунки, модели, фантазии, пение и танцы, стремление читать и писать, стремление научиться играм и выигрывать, всё это – свободное детское творчество. Приглушается оно или совсем исчезает, когда ребёнок понимает, что он «должен». Свобода исчезает, исчезает и творчество.
Тем не менее, многие дети любят учиться. Они находят возможность творчества в учении, в приобретении знаний, особенно, если им повезёт,. и среди их учителей найдётся хороший учитель, любящий детей и развивающий и поощряющий детское творчество. А как они гордятся своим творчеством, как любят своего учителя!
Кстати, я нашёл простой способ заинтересовать своих учеников и студентов, повысить их способности и желание учиться. Чему бы я их ни учил, я даю им возможности самостоятельного или группового творчества, и это всегда срабатывает. Врождённая тяга к творчеству, пусть приглушённая, вновь расцветает пышным цветом. И довольно часто такое творчество, затеянное «ради учения», приносит интересные и новые результаты.
Я считаю, что в образовании, от детского сада до учёных степеней, нужно обратить особое внииание на развитие способностей к творчеству. Без творчества знания остаются мёртвым грузом, не давая ничего ни их носителям, ни другим людям. Нужно перестроить всю систему образования, находя в любом обучении возможности творчества самих учеников и студентов.
Для человечества важно, чтобы и детей, и взрослых учили творческому мышлению, решению проблем, принятию решений. Такая реформа образования необходима при всё более быстрых изменениях в мире. Она очень нужна даже при идеальном правительстве (см. мою миниатюру "Надежда"), а при существующих правительствах - тем более.
Любовь – всегда творчество. Это воображение, мечтания, фантазии, сосредоточенные на предмете любви. Любовь, даже «несчастная любовь», резко повышает способности к творчеству. Правда, они далеко не всегда реализуются.
Когда юноша или девушка начинает работать, тяга к творчеству вновь заглушается, если сама работа не творческая. Попытки что-то улучшить, исследовательское любопытство натыкается на инструкции, которые нельзя нарушать. И в самом деле нельзя: возможности улучшения требуют глубоких знаний, которых ещё нет у начинающих. Я считаю, что обучение на рабочих местах нужно обязательно вести под углом развития способностей к творчеству. Пусть это далеко не сразу даст результаты, но в конце концов это себя оправдает.
Тяга к творчеству в человеке настолько сильна, что если есть хоть малейшая возможность сделать свою работу творческой, человек осуществляет эту возможность. Такие возможности существуют почти для любой профессии. Интерес к бизнесу или просто к зарабатыванию денег также требует творчества. Если возможность творчества, связанного с работой, не осуществляется, то человек ищет возможности для творчества вне своей работы: различные хобби, любовь к поэзии и музыке, к воспитанию детей, к выращиванию цветов. А если и это не удаётся, то человек теряет интерес к жизни, старается забыться: телевизор, пьянство или что похуже. Творчество необходимо для счастливой и плодотворной жизни.
А каковы результаты творчества? Что даёт оно людям, если не считать счастья творчества и сотворчества? Неужели, как правило, всё впустую? И только в исключительных случаях что-то остаётся?
Я уверен, что каждый человек имеет способности к творчеству. И эти способности развиваются, если их не приглушать. Нет неспособных к учёбе и научному творчеству людей. Нет графоманов. Есть люди, которые не умеют развивать свои способности, и им надо помочь! Это не только в их интересах, но в интересах всех людей. Гораздо лучше и интересней жить в творческой среде, среди творческих людей. В творческой среде и сам начинаешь проявлять способности к творчеству.
Искусство вызывает сотворчество и делает людей более человечными. Книги, музыка, театр – это не только знания, но и соучастие в чувствах героев, авторов и исполнителей. Они вовлекают нас в свою жизнь, в свои мысли и чувства. Это же относится ко всем видам искусства. Конечно,если это – настоящее искусство, отражающее настоящие мысли и чувства создающих его людей, а не подделка.
Научное творчество ценно глубоким проникновением в тайны природы и новыми знаниями о мире и о нас самих. Оно может иметь весьма различные приложения. Оно также даёт основы для технического творчества.
Творчество преображает душу. Человек становится творческой личностью. Его интересы, мечты, радости связаны с творчеством. Душа растёт и развивается. Он – творец, подобный Богу!
Creativity
God created us to be creators. In this we are like Him. Free creativity is our happiness.
Children's games are free creativity. The child strives to create and feels great joy when he succeeds in what he wanted to create. Drawings, models, fantasies, singing and dancing, the desire to read and write, the desire to learn games and win, all this is free children's creativity. It is muffled or completely disappears when the child understands that he "should". Freedom disappears, creativity disappears.
However, many children love to learn. They find the possibility of creativity in learning, in acquiring knowledge, especially if they are lucky and among their teachers there is a good teacher who loves children and develops and encourages children's creativity. And how proud they are of their creativity, how they love their teacher!
By the way, I found a simple way to interest my students and increase their ability and desire to learn. Whatever I teach them, I give them opportunities for independent or group creativity, and it always works. The innate craving for creativity, albeit muted, flourishes once again. And quite often such creativity, started “for the sake of learning”, brings interesting and new results.
I believe that in education, from kindergarten to advanced degrees, special attention should be paid to the development of creativity. Without creativity, knowledge remains a dead weight, giving nothing to its bearers or other people. It is necessary to rebuild the entire system of education, finding in any training the possibilities of creativity of the pupils and students themselves.
It is important for humanity that both children and adults are taught creative thinking, problem solving, decision making. Such a reform of education is necessary in the face of ever more rapid changes in the world. It is very necessary even under an ideal government (see my miniature "Hope"), and even more so under existing governments.
Love is always creativity. This is imagination, dreams, fantasies, focused on the subject of love. Love, even "unrequited love", dramatically increases the ability to be creative. True, they are not always implemented.
When a young man or woman begins to work, the craving for creativity is again stifled if the work itself is not creative. Attempts to improve something, exploratory curiosity stumbles upon instructions that must not be violated. Indeed, it is impossible: the possibilities for improvement require deep knowledge that beginners do not yet have. I believe that on-the-job training must be conducted from the angle of developing creativity. This may not yield immediate results, but in the end it will justify itself.
The craving for creativity in a person is so strong that if there is even the slightest opportunity to make his work creative, a person realizes this opportunity. Such opportunities exist for almost any profession. Being interested in business or just making money also requires creativity. If the possibility of creativity associated with work is not realized, then a person is looking for opportunities for creativity outside of his work: various hobbies, love for poetry and music, for raising children, for growing flowers. And if this fails, then the person loses interest in life, tries to forget himself: TV, drunkenness, or worse. Creativity is essential for a happy and productive life.
And what are the results of creativity? What does it give people, except for the happiness of creativity and
co-creation? Really, as a rule, all in vain? And only in exceptional cases, something remains?
I am sure that every person has the ability to be creative. And these abilities develop if they are not muffled. There are no people incapable of learning and scientific creativity. There are no graphomaniacs. There are people who do not know how to develop their abilities, and they need help! This is not only in their interests, but in the interests of all people. It is much better and more interesting to live in a creative environment, among creative people. In a creative environment, you yourself begin to show creative abilities.
Art evokes co-creation and makes people more human. Books, music, theater are not only knowledge, but also participation in the feelings of heroes, authors and performers. They involve us in their lives, in their thoughts and feelings. The same applies to all types of art. Of course, if this is real art, reflecting the real thoughts and feelings of the people who create it, and not a fake.
Scientific creativity is valuable for deep insight into the secrets of nature and new knowledge about the world and about ourselves. It can have very different applications. It also provides the basis for technical creativity.
Creativity transforms the soul. A person becomes a creative person. His/her interests, dreams, joys are connected with creativity. The soul grows and develops. The person is a creator like God!
