"Ra in bow is the autograph of God.
Secrets of the Office of Heaven".
According to the rules of office work, covenants are valid if they are signed by the plenipotentiary persons.
When a document is signed by several persons who are not equal in hierarchy, their signatures are placed one below the other in the order of subordination: the higher the position in the hierarchy, the higher the signature is.
An incorrect signature can be challenged in court and cause many other troubles. For example, a contract can be declared null and void from the moment of signing and will not be executed.

A bit of physics.
When a ray of Ra - Sunlight passes through a drop of water, then, like in a prism, short waves (blue, etc.) are refracted at a greater angle than long waves (red, etc.).
The effect of flipping the colors of a ray of Ra - sunlight when passing through a drop in a ordinary rainbow is as follows: refraction and decomposition of the spectrum of white light at the entrance; reflection - a "half-revolution"-180° of the spectrum "upside down"; refraction of the spectrum at the exit from the drop.
Because of this, blue is visible on the underside of an ordinary rainbow, while red is visible on top.
But in a double rainbow, the order of the colors of the upper bow is opposite to the colors of the lower bow, since the upper bow is formed by rays after double reflection in water droplets, due to the "perfect revolution"-360° the spectrum of sunlight regains the true hierarchy of colors, but becomes paler.
A bit of psychology.
The true Ra bow of God is not always visible, because people's attention is primarily attracted by what is brighter and closer than what is higher, but farther from them.
So, "The Ra in bow" in a double rainbow is a highest bow in which the hierarchy of colors is true, and not inverted, as in the lower bow.
Rarely, but there are triple and quadruple rainbows. And yet, the originals of the autographs of God and Human are only in the double rainbow, in the rest - only facsimiles, because they only repeat the originals ...
A bit of contemporary art.
09/01/2020 Gennadii Zherebilov, in the style of his original concept of Alternative Contemporary Art #ACA ("Banana's Manifesto"), depicted the Testament with the signatures of God and the ancestor of Nova Humanity, Noah, in the collection of conceptual #artworks "Ra in bow is the autograph of God".
The Etude "Testament. Double rainbow": the Russian synonym of word "Testament" is written in the middle at the top vertically in Russian letters, around which is written in English letters "TESTAMENT", under which is a "double rainbow". According to the author's version, the upper "Ra in bow" is the autograph of God, the lower "Noah bow" is the autograph of Noah.
The Etude "The autographs of God & Noah on The Covenant of Heaven and Earth - holistically: not mixed, not divided" symbolizes the "Big Bang" as the aurora of the Universe and the Exodus of the Ra rays of Genesis from the Darkness of Non- Genesis.
