ТЭЛИЯ. ФОРМИРОВАНИЕ ТЭЛИИ КАК НАУКИ
Тэлия как самостоятельная наука определяется в XXI в., после многих открытий и становления современного естествознания, обосновывающего с одной стороны механистическую картину мира, а с другой заложенные в ней энергетические (полевые) и даже духовные явления.
Современная тэлия может быть выражена в количественных категориях (расчеты циклов, интервалов времени, показатели тэлических функций и колористических систем и т.д.). Ее результаты воспроизводимы. Сегодня циклические (периодические) процессы всесторонне изучены в различных областях знания (колебательные системы в механике и акустике, электромагнитные колебания, колебательные процессы в химии, биологии, медицине, астрономии, обществоведении и пр.)
Вся история науки является изучением вращений и циклов как основы функционирования окружающего нас мира. В XXI в. пришло время обобщить данные, показывая связи между различными циклическими процессами и формами, отделить науку от заблуждений современного просветительского поиска. Подобно тому, как отделяются зерна от плевел, создание тэлии диктуется дальнейшей «кристаллизацией» науки в XXI в. Тэлия – это не искусство, а наука, хотя и изучает многие области, связанные с искусством.
На внутреннем и периодическом заполнении времени строится не только музыка, поэзия и пр., но и физика Вселенных (известной нам трехмерной Вселенной и многомерных Вселенных). Исследования в области ритмообразования физических и общественных процессов дают ключ к простому постижению гармонии времени. Время не является «черно-белой сеткой» метрических построений, а представляет собой многомерную сферическую, «перетекающую» из одного в другой всеми мировыми процессами функцию, образованную гармонией тонких ультрафизических материй (веществ и полей), не изученных достаточно современной наукой, но известных нам по движению души в сфере искусства (цвет, звук, личность и пр.) – см. статью «История тэлии. История современного естествознания складывается из изучения кругооборотного движения, поэтому тэлия как практическое знание и наука, хотя и оформляется в XXI в, заявила о себе еще во времена изобретения и появления первого колеса (Неолит, V тысячелетие до н.э.)

TELIA. THE FORMATION OF TELIA AS A SCIENCE
Telia as an independent science is defined in the XXI century, after many discoveries and the formation of modern natural science, which substantiates, on the one hand, the mechanistic picture of the world, and, on the other, the energy (field) and even spiritual phenomena inherent in it.
Modern telia can be expressed in quantitative categories (calculations of cycles, time intervals, indicators of telical functions and color systems, etc.). Its results are reproducible. Today, cyclic (periodic) processes are comprehensively studied in various fields of knowledge (oscillatory systems in mechanics and acoustics, electromagnetic vibrations, oscillatory processes in chemistry, biology, medicine, astronomy, social science, etc.)
The entire history of science is the study of rotations and cycles as the basis for the functioning of the world around us. In the XXI century, the time has come to summarize the data, showing the connections between various cyclical processes and forms, to separate science from the misconceptions of modern educational search. Just as the wheat is separated from the chaff, the creation of telia is dictated by the further «crystallization» of science in the XXI century. Telia is not an art, but a science, although she studies many areas related to art.
Not only music, poetry, etc., but also the physics of Universes (of the three-dimensional Universe and multidimensional Universes known to us) are based on the internal and periodic filling of time. Research in the field of rhythm formation of physical and social processes provides the key to a simple understanding of the harmony of time. Time is not a «black-and-white grid» of metric constructions, but is a multidimensional spherical function that «flows» from one to another through all world processes, formed by the harmony of subtle ultraphysical matters (substances and fields) that have not been studied by modern science, but are known to us by the movement of the soul in the field of art (color, sound, personality, etc.) – see the article «The story of telia. The history of modern natural science consists of the study of circular motion, therefore, telia as a practical knowledge and science, although it takes shape in the XXI century, declared itself at the time of the invention and appearance of the first wheel (Neolithic, V millennium BC).
