Yesterday, I came up with the idea to study a weekly topic by meditating on it and writing down my thoughts every day. Today, I tried it out. I set up a timer for 30 minutes and wrote a short paragraph about wisdom. It turned out better than I expected, which made me feel quite remarkable. Developing any topic for a whole week, I facilitate the growth of my own understanding and engage in a useful activity for the club. I’m curious about what it will lead to in the future. I expect that after thinking about every topic for at least three hours every week, I’ll be able to find out something not quite superficial, something that may noticeably improve the quality of our conversations. Besides, it provides me with wonderful opportunities to improve my language.
Today, I started taking antibiotics. Now my condition is well, though there is a sort of weakness and laziness most of the time. I abandoned exercises, but hope to bring them back soon. I guess, after taking antibiotics and recovering, I’ll have a big ascend, which must replace this extended interval of fluctuation.
