Had a talk with X via Skype yesterday. She typed “hello” a few days ago; I replied, “hello”. She asked, “How are you?” And after I answered, “alright”, she offered a talk. We talked for an hour and now I’ll try to guess what’s gonna happen next.
Perhaps we’re gonna talk from time to time since I see no way to stop it. Of course, I can say something like, “I have no time, and you are a stupid little girl, and there is nothing that may make our communication meaningful,” but I actually do not believe in it myself. I certainly don’t wanna lie neither to her nor to myself. I like the idea of having some kind of relationship with this curious young creature, and if she came back after a few months of silence, what’s the point of running away from her?
Okay, let’s see what I can do about it. Maybe it makes sense to push her somehow to learn English? This would have helped avoid hours of meaningless talks. In studying the language, we may find the ground for future development of our relationship. Well, what if it’s just a waste of time? Do I really want to divert from my total commitment to the work on the club and fool around with this girl? Frankly speaking, I need to think more about it. What kind of characters are involved in this spectacle? Freedom vs Survival? Sense of Humor vs Honesty? Justice vs Wisdom?
