Достоинства, положительные (хорошие) стороны

1. Внешне положительный образ мужчины, которому хочется доверять,
производит общее впечатление благоприятное, позитивное.
2. В профайле в контактах у Кирилла Лупашки было написано облать работы космическая отрасль России, также и американская компания филиал в России. Также жена, женат. Очень приятная женщина, хороший человек и Леди, высший класс позитива личности.
3. Неожиданно.Работодатель Кирилл Лупашко оказался похож на знаменитую
женщину-девушку американку, поставившую
(генетическая компания в Англии)
генетический эксперемент
изменения ДНК человека искусственно:
продление жизни человека,
шаг к бессмертию.
(Кирилл Лупашко находился в Англии как сотрудник британской
генетической компании (название я не спрашивала или забыла,
как иностранное для меня, говорящей на русском родном языке).
(Я им обоим моё наблюдение
у них двоих очень похожие лица, написала тогда:
знакомя).
4. Похож работодатель ещё и на детские фотки мальчик-вундеркинд
Конопаев Павел Игорьевич, др 25.3.1971. учился 198 шк г Москвы,
мама Наталья Коноплёва, книга и фотки
"Вселенная Паши Коноплёва" (2020)
Павел (диабет?) умер в 29-30 лет,
проводя на себе (тестер) медицинский эксперемент
американского профессора США (но в клинике в России)
(по территории испытуемые вне США, давшие согласие).
Если вдруг Лупашко Кирилл "воскревший умерший после опытов над людьми"
Павел Игорьевич Конопаев, с стёртой памятью,
то мы имеем дело с необычными людьми и историями.
5. Сама я сочла, что это может быть "путешественник по времени". Потому я и оберегала бесплатно. Только грубость был рычаг активности от негатива работы на работодателя, потом поняла: умный, он мог играть, заводя противостость хамству, грубости, делая случай публично известным. Заплати мне оговоренные 6-50 фунтов, или: не груби не хами он мне, унижая, запугивая: я бы простила и промолчала бы. Т.е. работодатель создаёт смену пола как бы сотрудницам женщинам быть мужчинами и защищать себя от работодателй, хамов и грубиянов. Потому как создаёт мир, где мужчины не защищают женщин: используют женщин, ещё и бесплатно, а это как жестоко затоптать. Т.е. работа на Кирилла Лупашко может дать следствие: женщины поменяют пол ж в м. В МИре Лупашко жестоком предают и мужчины женщинам не помогают: как сами скорее женщины. Травма и боль, они были. Я избегала потом общения, ощутив предательство договора, оговорили оплату транспорта туда сюда, но как работа выполнена: приехала: работодателю сразу не нужна: не заплатит. Это кинуть. Это 90-е в бывшем СССР. Это больно.
6. Работодатель оплатил ужин.отдав свой ужин сотруднице. см 9 в негативе.
7. Работодатель, встав с кровати, предложил телохранителю-сиделке поспать в номере на его кровате
(одно одеяло и на 1го) до конца оплачиваемого им времени
(самому ему надо было на работу в британскую компанию). Но сотрудник (сотрудница), естественно, я отказалась
8. Нет, я не даю негатива, а совет: просто требовать оплату вперёд. Только потом что-то делать.
9. Работодатель имеет слабость расстаться со своими деньгами. Отчего надо вначале требовать оплату. Только потом делать работу. И эти недостатки работодателя станут несущественными: просто исчезнут.

Недостатки, отрицательные (негативные, плохие) стороны

Не заплатил 6 фунтов 50 пенсов транспортных издержек, оговоренных в предварительном разговоре, как согласие.
Затем сгрубил и унизил, сверх.
Т.е. использовал труд человека (телохранитель в зарубежной командироке (не было цепочки в номере, могли войти), где была проделана следующая работа:
1. телохранитель
2. сиделка (у работодателя была температура и болел живот)
3. закупка медикаментов в аптеке
4. приготовление свето-отжатого апельсинового сока
5. закупка чистой воды (бутылки), чипсы (упаковка)
6. Работодатель затраты закупки медикаментов, апельсинов, воды в бутыле, чипсы,..., не оплатил. Но и договорённости об оплате не было. Была договорённость только оплаты транспортных услуг проезда к работодателю в другом городе и назад.
7. Время работы где-то с 5-6 вечера и где-то до 9-10-11-12 утра времени 1 ого завтрака
9. Работодатель отдал свой ужин сотруднице:
потом объяснил: он проверял качество приготовления еды в гостинице, используя негласно в качестве "тестор еды", но не объясняя.
10. Завтрак для сотрудника не был оплачен
12. Выяснялось вероятное недопонимание: некто мог подшутить и рекомендовать проституткой той, кто не была. Отчего, возникла и дальнейшая ситуация, включая и неоплату транспорта (автобусный билет проезд).
13. Минус. Риск.
Россияне в гостинице в Лондоне (сын замминистра) были арестованы "подстава". Телохранитель женщина (я) закрыла доступ в номер, от вероятных провокаций, работодателя. Цепочки в номере не было-могли войти. Помощь сиделки-телохранителю дала работодателю возможность сна.
14. Минус: при вероятной провокации-подставе захвате гражданина России сотруднику-сотруднице(мне) пришлось бы тратить собственные деньги звонить в Российское Посольство. Что финансовый расход, стресс.
15. Стресс на работе.
16. Моральная и эмоциональная травма грубостью работодателя после отказа заплатить обещенные 6 фунтов 50 пенсов.
17. Повторный отказ и грубость.
18. Отказ заплатить обещенное оговорённое, вороство денег сотрудника. Т.е. не просто неуплата, а затраты сотрудника
19. рекомендации затем не получить. работу тоже. финансово и морально постредавши.
21. Жёсткость грубость : работодатель не хотел имел слабость заплатить, расстаться с деньгами. *это ошибка не требовать оплату вперёд.
22. События описывают время работа 2014 -2015 год. 1 вечер-ночь-утро, февраль. предположительно, 15 ое февраля (скан автобусного билета сохранился). 2022 - 2014 = 8 лет прошло: работодатель так и не заплатил 6 фунтов 50 пенсов проезд автобусом. А проезд оплата был оговорён.
24. Но это замена была аннулирована в силу невозможности получения российских виз и оформления поездки в Россию с Англии.
25. Работодатель отказался транспортные услуги по договору оплачивать.
26. Негатив: Работодатель улетел с Англии самолётом в Москву. Так и не оплатив 6.50
27. Негатив или позитив? Сотрудник попросил посадить самолёт с больным работодателем в Москве быстрее: это и было сделано на 30 минут раньше.
28. Конфликт недопонимания возник , что работодатель не оговорил сотруднице женщине, что имел в виду нанять проститутку на ночь в его номер в гостинице и думал что знал кому написал. А сотрудница не была в курсе намерений работодателя, в силу нехватки времени общения и просьбой приехать: просто сразу приехала.
31. Негатив. В суд Англии и Москвы не было подано.Отчего сумма в 6 фунтов 50 пенсов так и не была взыскана с работодателя.

с убедительной просьбой соблюдать договорённости
и оплатить 6 фунтов 90 пенсов, оговорённые заранее по договору

Заодно: объяснение в силу этого случая
я с россиянами с России на территории Англии
работу получить не пыталась.
Это как то несерьёзно выглядит для мужчины
нанять и согласится о цене и так и не заплатить,
нагрубить, нахамить, наехать,
а в номере гостины "Бирмингем" на двери не было цепочки:
могли легко ночью войти в номер к спящему.
А провод от лампы настольной на столе у окна
уходил куда-то глубоко в стену:
я случайно заметила,
смотрела свой ноутбук, пока работодатель,
с температурой больной спал на кровати,
сидя за столом у окна,
уронила случайно ручку, на ковёр,
стала искать,
нашла этот странный провод.
Я очень боялась.
В Лондоне в гостинице сына министра или замминистра
разыграли на понты и посадили в тюрьму: такое было время
наезда на российских граждан в Англии.
Моё присутствие женщины в номере закрывало доступ
вероятным случаям подставы наезда: просто не давало
посторонним и другим вход в номер и доступ к работодателю.
В случае захвата. А всё могло быть. Англия!
Я бы рисковала попасть в новости Англии
и в неразбериху скандала шока стресса объяснений,
рисковала моей профессиональной и женской репутацией.
Я его по его просьбе ринулась помогать,
как я русского этноса британка,
как говорящего на моём мне родном языке.
Паспорт по моей просьбе незнакомый мужчина мне в гостинчном номере
предъявил, российский и имя фамилия совпадали с написанным в социальных сетях.
Что мужчина женат и где был, я узнала, изучая его же социальный контакт контекст страницы в контактах, пока работодатель, мужчина , спал.
В силу температуры и боли в животе,
купила на свои в аптеке медикаменты лекарства, апельсины (сок отжала пальцами в номере, соковыжималки в номере не было), чистую родниковую воду в бутылке, чипсы , асперин, и от диаррии.
Оплаты за работы не было вообще.
Оплаты транспортных расходов поездки не было: а я это оговорила перед поездкой.
Больше после того я ни с какими российскими гражданами с России отказалась в Англии общаться, или и помогать.
Когда мужчина кидает женщину иностранку в её стране находясь в бизнес-поездке,
это больно вообще то, некрасиво выглядит, когда мужчины к женщинам так относятся, к нанятому персоналу.
Я никогда не была российской гражданкой России и я иностранка британка для России. Хотя я была до 1991 года гражданкой СССР, жила в Латвии, в Риге, а родилась в 1961 в г.Хабаровске. И моя помощь была на общечеловеческой традиционной некогда системе взаимопощи друг другу советских граждан СССР: попросили помочь и ты помогаешь.
Но в системе капитализма, это уже просто незнакомые друг другу люди,
мужчина и женщина. Иностранцы по отношению друг к другу.
Т.е. в Соединённом Королевстве Кирилл Лупашко представлял собой Россию и мужчин России, россиян.
Вы видите сами последствия накопления массы подобных случаев:
с россиянами отказываются работать, и работают за оплату труда значительно выше рыночной и обычной.
Я могу ошибаться, но изменения к россиянам в Англии могли и создавать такие россияне мужчины работодатели как Кирилл Лупашко: мы увидели нечестность и жадность сутяжничества и лживость кинуть доверившего беззащитного человека.
Мне жалко его работодателей: ведь привычки это , как ко мне со мной: так и с другими. Я не рекомендую в Англии нанимать на работу россиян - мужчин, как Лупашко Кирилл. Въехав в другую страну мира, общаясь с местной женщиной и наняв, попросив срочно приехать, оговорив условия оплаты, он затем не заплатил совсем,

оплаты автобусного проезда в Ноттингем 12го февраля 2015:
как возвращалась я на другой день 13го февраля 2015:
автобусные билеты действительны обычно на 1 день проезда,
если не дальнего следования.
Я не помню, заплатила ли я опять снова за проезд,
или билет был действителен, как на 2 поездки.
Если заплатила, то это ещё около 4х фунтов билет.
6,90 + 4 = 10,90 ~11 фунтов проезд
Но я просила оплатить только расходы 6,90 фунтов, что оплачены
так и не были.

Я потратила тогда деньги на еду, свои,
думала заработать,
а мне потом было не на что купить еду.

он сказал рейс откуда до Москвы на 30 минут раньше расписания.
Я контактировала и писала и просила об этом,
так как у россиянина болел до того живот и температура:
частной медицинской страховки у него не было,
не было и у меня сбережений оплатить частного врача,
я просила при приёме самолёта врача и скорую, если понадобится.

В милиции г.Москва был зарегистрирован мой рапорт
как по закону России работодатели всё же должны условия найма персонала
соблюдать и платить.
Наша переписка в контактах содержала договор в письменной форме
его согласие оплаты проезда транспортных услуг.
И я поехала только после этой договорённости.

Потом я подумала. Было, скорее всего, недоразумение: кто-то подшутил
над работодателем Кириллом Лупашко, шла травля меня тогда,
домыслами разными сменяемыми, и он мог думать, что будет иметь
проститутку по вызову. А, увидя: сразу резко понял: нет: его разыграли.
Я это думаю, что он удивился, что у меня нет какого-то чемоданчика,
с чем-то, а есть с собой
ноутбук личный (сидеть читать что-то в Интернете, сторожа номер).
Какие то люди, мужчины в чёрном, снимали нас через окно,
я заметила напротив с фотиком.
Подумав, на всякий случай, заметя это,
мы специально встали к окну, обнявшись,
чтобы нас так сфоткали.

Моё присутствие в номере как женщины
закрывало доступ в номер посторонних.
Включая и вероятных возможных интриганов,
провокаторов для захвата работодателя россиянина в Англии.
В Лондоне, в дверь гостиницы постучали. Доверчивый мальчик студент
россиянин сын замминистра России открыл дверь, впустил в номер
двух местных мужчин - провокаторов: что-то сказали, ему,
спровоцировав драку с ними. Сел, понятное дело, россиянин.
Т.е. женщина - телохранитель в номере закрывает доступ в номер,
что защищает от провокаций.
Но любому персоналу что наняли надо таки платить. Это Англия.
Рабство в Англии запрещено: любая работа оплачивается.

А работодатель просто решил не платить: пожадничал.
Но и плюс: я осталась живой. Жива. Что плюс.

Я не считаю это проблема, при оплате вперёд, проблема отказа оплаты,
убирается.

PS
Стихи фантазийные где то сказочные и написаны "по мотивам" как бы,
оттого не совсем таки и "личные личностные".
И вот даже как бы и не Кириллу совсем.
Как имя "Кирилл" у многих.
А просто как "пометка темы, что начала",
чтобы потом найти эту тему и стихи и перечитать заново.
Хотя и не совсем неличные.
Что-то там легло, разное, где-то. То или иное.
Большей частью "Как Остапа понесло что-то там писать своё, туда и заехал".
"Остапа понесло" серия.
События разных лет. 2015 и раньше того что-то.
2020 как всплеск памяти, пересмотр заново.
Как совпало с моими размышлениями и памятью
по разным темам.
Где-то подарок. Включая, в чём то и себе.
Порадоваться: взяла и стихи вот написала.

When a man throws a foreign woman in her country while on a business trip,

In Bluebeard's Castle

And the Owl is there at night,

Wolves lead a round dance,
They sing songs.

The Prince from a gentle fairy tale,

Fantasy poems are fabulous somewhere and are written "based on motives", as it were,
that's why they are not quite "personal personal".
