Time to start a new ascend. For the last 50 days, I was trying to get back to Russian; I even convinced myself to give up thinking in English. There were severe problems with health, so minimizing mental efforts seemed quite reasonable. There were also many other things I don’t wanna talk about now, which distracted me from my course. Anyway, I wasted no time; this all was necessary to digest the information I consumed during the last year.
To be honest, I’m frustrated now with playing chess, having a kind of low mindset and not being able to make any progress in learning. The entire last week was without any exercises. That’s basically why I’ve decided to use English to put things in order. I’m inclined to think it’s gonna help.
After reading Schopenhauer’s “World as Will and Representation” for the third time, I grasped all his arguments as regards to “our essence” and recorded a couple of videos about it. I think it makes sense to read this book in English as well. The book made me less anxious, and I even turned into a real pessimist for a while; but it was so brilliantly tranquil that I have no idea how to express it in this language.
Alright, let’s take a new course to the heights of wisdom.
