On the submitted page ру) short author's notes and fragments of manuscripts from different years are posted. These notes need to be systematized, brought to a scientific format, and refined into complete and meaningful articles. Therefore, this material is posted separately from the main academic page of

Page Description
Without correcting your psychology, you can't change your fate for the better. I was told about this by scientists on flying ships, who are called «aliens» on Earth. Ultrapsychology is a kind of scalpel for the necessary operations that are performed on a person's character. The scientists from the ships emphasized how interesting, useful and important their comprehensive science of Higher Harmony is for us. Ultrapsychology is one of the branches of Higher Harmony. According to the descriptions of scientists, knowledge from other branches of Higher Harmony has the same properties – from ultramedicine, ultrabiology, ultrachemistry, ultraphysics, ultrapolitics, etc. This knowledge considers the universal laws of the origin, development and completion of cycles. In addition to this generalization, the notes presented on this page contain an applied meaning. For example, they describe the rules of behavior among other beings of the Earth and hyperdimensions, the profound differences between even superficially similar people. Studying such material also has a positive effect on character changes. «Knowledge helps to strengthen and stabilize the natural barrier, protect against dangerous intruders from the environment and prevent loss of vitality», - the celestial scientists listed the beneficial properties of Higher Harmony.
Scientists from the ships added that character improvement through ultrapsychology can be achieved if knowledge that describes the Highest Harmony is applied daily. These include knowledge about the perfection of the Universe. This perfection is based on the completeness and structure of the cycles that make up the Universe.
Also, the «aliens», as representatives of Higher Intelligence, were very surprised that among the numerous stories of people communicating with them, there is practically no discussion of science, higher arts and knowledge. According to them, the most surprising thing is that people are more interested in minor physiological manipulations. For example, the collection of biological material, reproduction, etc. The scientists added that their science is used in all spaces of the Universe. According to it, each cycle and hypercycle is divided into 6/12/24 equal parts. Each part has its own descriptive and practical properties. They explained that such a universal approach to all cycles reveals the deep essence of things and greatly enhances the understanding of the world order. The scientists of the creature warned that when studying their science, daily earthly aesthetic and cognitive practice is also needed.
Scientists also strongly recommend studying Higher Harmony for anyone who monitors their physical and mental health. For owners of spoiled (rotten – approx. comp.) emotions of irritation and depression, which are the cause of most physical illnesses, the aliens advised to abandon colorless gray-metallic tones and replace them with analogues with bright colors. At the same time, they warned that the advice is useful only for those who do not have intolerance to saturated colors. This intolerance can manifest itself, among other things, in the form of emotional irritation itself. ру)-page is important for all readers, but it is especially useful for young people who are just entering adulthood and learning it.
Without going into details, I would like to inform those interested in these recordings that I write down the notes and excerpts from the manuscripts posted on the page from memory from the words of scientific beings that I heard as real voices of synthesized computer type in my native language (Russian). The materials presented on the page are also partially reviewed on the main (academic) ру) page as the beginning of a science called Telia or Teliotitology (from the Greek word «Teli(th)Otita» - perfection). Unfortunately, the lack of time to systematize the material and considerations of scientific reputation do not allow me to place the notes presented here on the main (academic) page in full. But I assure you that based on these notes, as well as with due care, accuracy, and thoroughness, you will easily reconstruct the science of Higher Harmony and establish research institutes in the fields indicated in it.
