M-me FLEURETTE JONQUILLE, editor-in-chief of Charme & Chic (revue internationale de la primeur des nouvelles) situated in Place Pigalle (Paris, France), l'Ordre du merite des arts, des lettres et de la communication (Burkina Faso, 1998), la Medaille du bronze du Merite des arts, sciences et lettres (Congo, Kinshasa, 1999), was born at one of Islas flotantes de los uros, lake Titicaca, in South America. When her family moved in Eastern Africa, for a long time she stayed at the shores of lake Tanganyika (Tanzania, Burundi, DR of Congo, Zambia).
M-me FLEURETTE JONQUILLE was assigned Prime Secretary Assistant (Standing Committee of Staff of F.D.) of URI RUNTU-KUZNETSOV, and also Grand Chancellor (as curator into College of Chancellors) of Chancellery of Staff of F.D. Uri Runtu-Kuznetsov.
