A new honorary decoration was established by Academical Intercontinental Duo with Office of Bestowals and Charme & Chic Revue Internationale jointly Le Silence Qui Parle Unblog. His full denomination: "In memoriam Uri Runtu. Jubilee china medallion. 77 years. 2026-1949". Three degrees of this decoration was determined: Red Uri Runtu china memorial medallion (I deg.), Yellow Uri Runtu china memorial medallion (II deg.), Green Uri Runtu china memorial medallion (III deg.). The honorary decoration is intended for a workers of the archival service in the branches of arts and culture and too creative activities & works.
President of Standing Committee of Staff F.D. M-me Biquette De Menthe said in the conference consecrated into presentation of this memorial medallion that "it is a homage in memoriam author by a great number of chronological and biographical stories and scripts in many volumes".
