Face your fears
Face your fears, be true to yourself & love the people around - the main slogans of living. I don't know which of the three most difficult. As for me, I can say that when I remember about these things, I perform them. only every second, every moment of choice you must remember this. if you are caught yourself thinking "I afraid that..." - remember "face to your fears" and do it. If you are cought yourself yelling at the other - remember "love the people around". And so on. Look to yourself, look, what you are thinking & doing every moment...
