The stability of water forms

The stability of water forms as the body of plants and other living creatures in the world seems like a puzzle. For eg. samshit on the Caucasian mountains may have the age up to 1000 years, living on one place. A turtle also is a long-liver, though she is floating in the vast ocean. How could a creature remain just the same for a long period in such unsteady world, where only stones can keep their form constant?

 But even rocks change in water. Their edges become so smooth. The duality of the world...! This is as true as That. So water may be highly stable and unstable too...The turtle, the long liver, may have a short life...compared to?...the rock?...But then at another level, nothing dies and nothing lives...everthing IS????!

The world IS mysterious - where we are wandering while sleeping? And do the plants have such ability as sleeping? Why it is necessary for a man to sleep 1/3 of his life? That's the next question to longivity...
