To escape from Tsunami and accidents on sea! 5

               
          The Invention? The Headache for the Author?
                “Resque Helium Ball”

A  beat  of stormy   sea   wave  has  power of 5 and more tons on square meter, occasionally destroying naves.   Blow of  Tsunami wave is unmeasured stronger! It destroys all!   Brings death for people!   It’s  possible  to  escape  from Tsunami  if  the warning signal was  given  in proper time and  the removal of  the population from dangerous places have been  done!   But enough time is necessary for it! At earthquake seaborne waves  strike   blows  in a short time.   How  to leave the dangerous place at once? To fly upwards!  But there is no helicopter! Than what to do?!

We can remember "The Great Visionary" -  Jules Verne!  His travelers escaped from a whole army, taken by “Air Ball”  up to clouds. The author was considered the dreamer -    but his ideas were quickly realized. If  catastrophe happens on  land   it’s possible to  fly up  by the use of  "Resque Air Ball"!

It’s possible to  create  individual  or collective  “Resque Helium Ball” for several persons  with strong shell and  net, strap like used in  parachute, by  which person (or persons)  can quickly and easy fasten to ball!  The balloon of liquefied helium will fill this ball at necessary moment by simple  striking the button.    And ball volume beside 100 cubic meters will raise the person by weight of 70 - 90 kgs on height of  100 - 200 meters that is to say outside of tsunami  wave’s danger. For several  persons the ball must be  enlarged.

I’m surgeon,  not an engineer.  So   possible  it will need larger “Resque Helium Ball” in reality. The Mathematician, Physicist will calculate exactly technical data   and create “Resque Helium Ball”  with necessary cargo-carrying capacity.   
But   the main is - the proposed by me   principle of  saving in TSUNAMI!

So the method is like the following:
People  listen the warning signal,    open boxes with “Resque Helium Balls”, fasten to ball and   fly up.  The destroying Tsunami Wave   passes  below.  Then rescued person includes the compressor, pumps gradually helium from “Resque Helium Ball” to balloon   and it  lands. The person is supplied by radio, lighthouse   and other facilities,   which will help the lifeguards to find the saved people. Everything  below   on the land   can be destroyed, but people   are  saved!

For  each person in places, dangerous by Tsunami, is necessary “Resque Helium Ball”  placed close to people    on open place (in courtyard, on roof   where there aren’t   obstacles to fly up). 

Electronic control of “Resque Helium Ball”  can regulate  its  filling, regulation of the   flight’s  height and  landing. “Resque Helium Ball”   can be useful   for regions where Tsunami  is possible. If  “Resque Helium Ball”     will be  used only once, that  will rescue the person’s  life.  The presence  of  “Resque Helium  Ball”    near a person  will  help to  avoid  constant feeling of the awe before possible  TSUNAMI .

“Resque    Helium  Ball”    can be used  for saving people  from the roof of burning building if upper floors "are  cut" by fire, and way downstairs’ is blocked... It can be used in avalanches,  collapses… It could be used in accident with “Kolskaya platform”, With “Concordia” and in other accidents on sea. It will prevent victims from sharks, overcooling and traumas when people try to save in boats.
It is additional method to save people in   sea accidents.
