In Russia a general education is no longer going to be free. The sate will pay only for several subjects at schools. If parents want their children to be literate, thy will have to pay and the sum will be about 6-7 thousand rubles! 40 percent of Russians get less than average salary is. It means that a huge amount of children will be illiterate because their parents will not be able to pay for school.
Russian Constitution says that Russians have rights on free education. But nobody cares about what is written there!
Inflation is growing, the taxes the same, very high. What expect next?
It seems that our State wants to make Russians stupid and illiterate. It’s much easier to rule over such people!
