here,s another question i was aked  in the basement... 3  gues  get a  hotel room for 30 dollars ... ten dollars  a piece...  the manager l\realizez he   overcharged them  then sent  the bellhop to give back 5 dollars ... but  the bellhop  gave them  each  one  dollar and kept the other two ...  so they each paid  nine   dollars for the room ...  a total of  27  .. the bellhop put  two  in his pocket .. that,s 29  ... but they paid 30 ... where is  the other  dollar ?? .. i said there  is no extra dollar .. the first part  of the story  has nothing to do with  it ...  the fact  is this :  a guy gives 3 dollars  to some guys and puts 2 in the pocket .. end of the story ...  ha!  thinking out of the box .. the same reason  i didn,t go  for that  gun  on the floor .. and as hoss  once said to me ...  you don,t think likt normal  folks .. i,m pretty  sure  you,re crazy !!! ...  how right he was !!! .    did i ever tell you   about his bicep???? that big muscle between the shoulder  and elbow ??? ... he blew tha  uot   we were fighting  likr dogs .. and then   we had run ...  and then we wre s quatting  and trying  to call the  cav ...  and Hoss said he was hurt  .. we assumed   he was hit ...  but no ...  i had to cut his shirt sleeve off ...  his arm was hideous ... the bicep was just hanging inder  his arm ... his skin was the only  thing keping  it in his body ...  he said he did it while  trying to snach  his  m-16 back  from  a gook  that  grabbed  it from him ...  Ha !!! a gook grabing his  gun !! ...   no way !! ...  he was so embarrassed ...  big deal !! ...  we were always embarrassed ... i was the perefct navigator but we were  always lost and confused ...   i had no idea where we were ...  Ha!! ...  but i usually had a pretty good  idea...  all i can say is this ...  Hoss , and the others always wanted  to go with me ... we were  always the alpha team ... not because i was so good ...  may be because i was just lucky ... in viking siciety luck  was  a virture  and yes you are right about our special forces ...  there no  match for them ...  there are so few of them ... our  army is is more than two  million ...  there is very few  special forces ...  some  guyes  serve twenty years   and  never  even see one ...  i remember  once in vietnam  the australians  sent   a few guys  that were their  equivalent to our special  forces  .. their  very best ...  they would go  on a mission  with us ... they  were such ....  we,s how them the map ...  how you gonna  get there ???  walk ...  but that over 50 km ...  stay here ..   they went with us .. but you should have seen the packs ... huge ! .. they brought everything ... one guy brought a tea pot ...  so we  wouldn.t  walk  on the trail and they  thought  we were  crazy  for walking throught  the bush .. so the walked on the trail ... then one of them stepd  on a land  mine ...   that was  the exuse for  all of them  to turn back ...   a few days later  we returned  and those warroirs were  sitting in  the beer tent  telling war  stories  hoss alomost  beat one  of them to death ...
