FOREWORD

True science as if speaks or advises:
Don’t take something on trust and try to experience it…
D. Mendeleev

Many ideas proposed by the author of this book for reader’s discussion must be considered as a variant of general idea about structural identity of all cultural, social and psychological phenomena. Their multisided peculiarities can be systematized by the general paradigmatic scheme and universal code algorithm for all cultural traditions. In many cases such algorithm repeats history of development of conceptional, symbolical and sign structure of this phenomenon. But as Russian scientist-encyclopedist D.Mendeleev spoke: believe and try to experience it, convince yourself of corectness for my statement about the possibility of such structural identity, and find your general structural paradigm, your universal structural code and new version of general structural identity. The author would be glad of this fact.
From the other side if you have doubts of possibility for discovery such structural identity, if you are so dogmatic in your dualism ( yes/no) and think “ otherness” is impossible, if you have no doubt in power of your knowledge and world outlook then close this book and rest on your persuasion laurels. You have right to suspect author in artificiality of his constructed classifications and in striving for adjust them under scheme invented by him. The author admits this fact and doesn’t aspire to ruin pyramid of your ideas, if they are turned upside-down.
For the readers who came to conclusion to turn over a page we tell briefly that this book “The circles of the Scorpion” is the third book of author’s monograph about structured triadology used by the author for the analysis of mythological texts (“The mystery of charmed czarevna”, 2004) and megastructure of Russian and other Indo-European languages (“Indo-European code: language, culture, thinking”). The book entitled “The third image” (was printed in 2007) is written in co-authorship with Peter Dontsov, and it is dedicated to the problems of Russian orthodox trinitarism and its cultural phenomena. We can consider it as a collection of examples of formalism used by the author for structured-conceptional analysis of separate phenomena by Russian orthodox culture which have  structures  isomorphic to structure of Fundamental Dogma and Divine liturgy.
The first book “The mystery of charmed czarevna” deals with analysis of Russian fairy-tales, ancient Greek and Near-Eastern myths by means of calendar chronotop method formulated by the author. This method affords to choose in a myth’s plot recurring chains of events connected with basic mythologeme of this culture as its cyclical interpretation, and finds basis for system of basic motifs, functions and characteristics of mythological (fairy-tales) heroes. The system proved by this way describes dynamics of changing functions and status by heroes: a hunter (lad-sacrifice) became a czar (warrior), then he became a votarist. The structure of orthodox liturgical ritual and Fundamental Dogma are analyzed in the book. These phenomena are isomorphically structured and created by means of simple code structure. This structure takes under consideration complex of characteristics, which are divided into three hierarchically organized clusters (groups of opposite elements that are united by general characteristic). For example (t – breath consonants, th – aspirate consonants and d – voiced consonants), obstruent (T) phonemes form cluster from 3 obstruent phonemes Td = (t\th\d) in accordance with general characteristic – dental sound. The book analyzes a complex tripartite structure of Indo-European archaic ritual of masculine initiation by Slavic and Indo-Aryans tribes. Investigated structure of initiation ritual coincides with structure of christen ritual.
The subject of study in the book (“Indo-European code: language, culture, thinking”, 2006) is megastructure of Indo-European family of languages. This megastructure is based on the integrated trinitarian principle (found in structured-formed cluster code). By means of it a general structured formula for all hierarchically organized levels of language (phonematic, morphemic-morphological, and syntactic) is revealed. Given general phonologic formula of Proto-Germanic syllable-formation has a specific matrix structure (C/V/I/V/C). The megacluster of opening consonant phonemes C includes clusters of spirants S, obstruent T and sonants R phonemes. The formula is C=( S/T/R). The opening megacluster of semi-vowels includes clusters of syllabic L phonemes, semi-vowels J and diphthongs (polyphthongs) jv. The formula is V= (L/J/jv). The megacluster of vowels G includes all types of vocalic phonemes systematized by the principle of rising sonority. The structures V*= (vj*\J\L), C*=(R*\T*\S*) are mirror reflected megaclusters (received of clusters of opening syllabic phonemes by means of inversion of one of matrix axes) calculated by inversion structure final syllabic vowels and consonants. The structural formula of this type (close to the phonologic structure Indo-European syllable by E.Kurilovich) resembles quantum-mechanical formalism by P.A. Dirak in  matrix visualization. Mention should be made of the fact that quantum-mechanical formalism by P.A. Dirak and linguistic formula by E.Kurilovich became known at the same time in the forties of past century. This issue directs for possibility of parallel revolutional processes in physics and linguistics of that time. The book illustrates megaclusters of basic types of morphemes, morphological categories of parts of speech. There are megaclusters of Noun’s categories(S), Verb’s categories(V), Object’s categories(O) of Russian language. We give the basic formula (S\V\O) generating syntactic structures of Russian (Indo-European) language. Text is investigated as a spiral chain of cyclically ( and on every level calendar-chronotopically) organized microevents (G.Melnikov), as a spiral line during time of this basic generating megastructure as it cyclical reading ( S1\V1\O1) ( S2\V2\O2) ( S3\V3\O3).
The book analyzes fundamental audio-frequency and formant characteristics for vowel phonemes in different Indo-European languages and represents the possibility of their triad-cluster classification in notions of basic phonological circle and its formed tables. There are found structural formulas of basic archaic (ancient Greek, Latin, Old Russian, Old French) languages. It is obvious that all investigated language structures are private realizations of general spiral like megastructural formula, megastructure of Indo-European language. The inquiry has only scratched the problem of area expansion of languages of Indo-European family and revealed mechanism of formation of the secondary language units under the influence of the basic calendar paradigm. The metaphysical bases of Cyrillic alphabet formation and simple syntax of Old Russian language are analyzed and its cyclic (calendar-spiral) structure.
In the book “The circles of the Scorpion”(2009) method of cluster triadology is used for the analysis of different phenomena of Russian culture: structure of social activity, structure of different Indo-European social medium, structure of classical musical compositions in diverse historical periods, diapase structure of orthodox Canon and megaclusteral prevailing tonality of Russian folk song. The structures of colour psychic perceptions are analyzed in various old cultural and ritual traditions.
In relationship outer/inner the activity of subject (organism) plays the main role for forming stable system of perceptions and reciprocal reactions. It is precisely that varieties of aspects and forms, relationship of different types of activity define the structure of reciprocal reactions and formed structures fixed by personal experience of complexes psychical microreactions inner for outer influence. Moreover the structure itself became a basic factor for forming these stable complexes (clusters) of microreactions that became consciousness at the top level of psychological organization. That is why the author begins analysis of complex cultural phenomena linked with a certain type of social activity from investigation of three part structure of this type of activity.

Author pays special attention to the analysis of structure in the system of psychic condition and demonstrates triadology of the system of accentuated conditions of adolescents (A.Lichko). The possibilities of cluster triadology are investigated in system analysis of types of characters (characterology) and psychological structure of personality in aspect of revealing structures of archetypical (structures of collective unconscious) in a cultured by the Indo-European tradition man.
In the author’s opinion it is interesting to note methodological role of trinitarian thinking and propose a version how Trinitarian epicurean consciousness by D.Mendeleev has influence upon final formulation of his Periodic Table. It is very interesting in author’s opinion to investigate Mendeleev’s Periodic Table from cyclical systematization point of view that includes 7 simple and complex periods-cycles. As a result the spiral-concentric version of this system was created. Moreover, using the methodology of construction of calendar event chronotopus developed by the author in the first book “The mystery of charmed czarevna” for analysis of cyclical organized semiotic sign systems the investigator proposes the horizontal and titrimetric 3-planar spiral-concentric version of Mendeleev’s Periodic Table that characterizes more organic then traditional quadratic systematizations chemical elements and classifies them as by its dominant features so as by its cyclical secondary features in frame of separate periods and groups of elements. These secondary symmetries are determined by splitting them on subfamilies with unpaired and paired electrons and inception of a certain symmetry or asymmetry of physico-chemical features. So in spiral - concentric version of Mendeleev’s Periodic Table the attempt was made to give a graphic design of ideal arrangement of the closed-shell atoms in the order of their atomic weights corresponds to their so-called valencies.
Moreover as a result of constructed by the author cyclical organized semiotic system were revealed unusual parallels between spiral-concentric version of Mendeleev’s Periodic Table and basic structure of calendar event chronotopus formulated by the author in archaic and fairy-tales texts. The author created a calendar event chronotopus by Yershov’s fairy-tale “The Humpbacked Horse” (and suggests a hypothesis about possible role of this  creation in forming the basic collective unconsciousness (archetype) in mental structure by D.I. Mendeleev. Author’s proposal about existing isomorphism between structures of plot events cycles in these fairy-tale and physico-chemical structures of Mendeleev’s Periodic Table. In this connection it’s worth while mentioning the fact that possible isomorphism exists in all cycled organized structures ( existing of a universal semiotic metasystem). The example of this suggestion is constructed by the author trinitarian metasystem of Indo-European language (“Indo-European code: language, culture, thinking”, 2006).
Analysis of peculiarities of modern culture and structures of archetypical collective unconsciousness is impossible without deep understanding of archaic cultures. That is why in the book are considered some structural-calendar peculiarities of ancient cultures of East, the Near East and Mediterranean, the role of old calendars in forming of cultural paradigms and cultural phenomena traditionally.

For our readers who are interested in different unusual artifacts, in searching cryptic facts we can suggest an unordinary version that discovered cyclical structures in mythological texts and other remaining cultural phenomena ( music, liturgy) can be considered as  cryptic structures of old texts. These structures include basic regularities of Mendeleev’s Periodic Table. Once we have established the poetry facts, we may turn our attention to the fantastic hypothesis that sequence of events in old texts of fundamental myths (mythologemes) follows the typology of cycles of Mendeleev’s Periodic Table (so old authors knew the basic law of chemical elements and fixed it in a poetic form). Maybe structures of artistic reflections of world repeat structures of logical scientific cognition. A serious-minded reader can find science-based explication of discovered by our research parallels.
For a few experts who knows about trajectory of Scorpion moving off his hole( He is a keeper of unforeknowable secrets of Erebus according to Sumerian tradition) about it’s spiral line it is obvious the title chosen for this book “The circles of the Scorpion”. “The circles of the Scorpion” are spirals of structured chronotopus, spirals of Mendeleev’s Periodic Table, and circles of conditions of unconsciousness penetrating into gnostic consciousness of archetypical…
