   На крыше театра под огромными крыльями (четырех или пяти)чаек,будет распологаться
многогранная, стеклянная терраса.На этой террасе будет зимний сад,музыкальные салоны,бары,картиннаая галерея,театральный музей.А также специально к каждому спектаклю,опере,балету,предпологается  размещать экспозиции по историии данной постановки,портреты постановщиков либретто,композиторов ,ноты,костюмы первых артистов исполнителей.Музыкальные инструменты и т.д...

   Большой размер монументальных скульптур чаек ,в архитектуре данного театра для морского города будет вполне уместным.
   Большие чайки, моряки и пассажиры лайнеров заметят издалека.И непременно захотят рассмотреть их поближе,сфотографироваться.Тем самым приобщатся и к высокому классическому искусству,оперы и баллета.
    Кроме того если над проектом хорошо поработать,то такой монументальный ансамбль – симбиоз монументального искусства и архитектуры,придаст городу незабываемый облик,так называемый «Абрис»,это такой хорошо узнаваемый символ города, как допустим статуя «Свободы» в Нью-Йорке,Кремль в Москве,Эйфелевая башня в Париже, «Опера-хауз» в Сиднее...

   (Мне кажется,что над многогранником террассы под крыльями чаек,можно дать поработать ювелирам огранщикам,у которых много опыта в таких работах...
   Более того,такой символ может стать сам украшением на перстне,на браслете,в виде кулона на цепочке,в отличии от  скульптурных абрисов других городов... )

   P.S.
   Современная архитектура,благодаря современным технологиям и материалам,приблизилась наконец к одной из Заповедей,высказанной Иисусом Христом,в прямой речи:
   «Не люди для Церкви – а Церковь для человека !»
   Которую можно перефразировать ,как :
   «Не люди для дома – а дом для человека !»,
Когда много веков,человек вынужден был заползать в пещеру в юрту,ярангу,саклю,в «Хрущевку» с трудом приспосабливая свое бренное тело к ее метражу и планировке.
   Теперь человек волен благодаря современным технологиям и Господу,сам приспосабливать архитектурное пространство и его оформление под свои потребности и вкусы...

   А во Владивостоке,например современная технология может дать шанс создать великолепный Абрис городу,если перед новым театром построить трех-этажный широкий комплекс,а на его крыше изготовить, хотя бы примерно по предложенному мной проекту,скульптурно-архитектурную композицию,и соеденить с основным зданием театра широкими переходами с эскалаторами.
   А большие «квадраты» кубического театра, по праздникам, превращать в экраны для лазерных голографических инсталяций.
