Introduction & Background to the invention. Every patent for an invention - it's fantastic .
      People searching for the truth began to build the tower of Babel , so the sky to reach God and snatch him the truth. God confused their languages ; and the tower collapsed. People no longer understand each other. Since then, every nation has its own God . The Bible teaches that the Hebrew God was a real redneck . Raped the virgin Mary .      My invention is based on , the anonymous nature of the laws of science has the properties of matter and plasma. I have see that cosmic ether under pressure space (+S) and vacuum (-L) is the cause of all phenomena in the universe. The other half of the truth is the Cosmic Ether pressure still hidden from mankind. Realy the gravitation force (-L) hav existing, by Torrichelly`s low, under pressure (+S). All matter depends of it. Cheated science people are forced to think that this kind of force  Devil , cease to believe in a God who thinks dialectically .
     In 1802 V.V. Petrov discovered the phenomena volt electrical arc. The electrode and the work piece for the formation and maintenance of electric arc welding transformer supplied electricity . Cause of the explosion energy and the process of science still unknown . This fact release vacuum (-L) under pressure (+ S). Magnets plasma frozen under pressure (+ S), realised and expanded. Matter - a kind of frozen energy. Air power does not disappear or reappear , it passes from one species to another . All modern technology is based on the interaction energy of cosmic forces (+ S) & (-L). I hope that my hypothesis will be understood and accepted by science.  A - Schematic diagram " plasmatron ( +S) (-L ) ." (Figure 2).

4 . Capacitor ( Leyden jar ) , device for storing electric charge, usually consisting of 2 or more conducting plates separeted by insuating material (dielectric). Used in electrical devices, eg radios. Formerly colled condenser.
5 . Power sources. Alternator.
6. P - pressure , water ( liquid ) into the combustion chamber for continuous explosion in turbines and jet engines . Must be higher than the pressure of the explosion.

Detailed description of the invention:
           " Plasmatron (+ S) & (-L)» is a variation of the welding machine , with the difference that instead of the fusible metal electrodes applied stream , one or two of the charged water in various embodiments :
1. In jet engines , with a continuous blast jets of water supplied from the oppositely charged terminals forced under pressure higher than the pressure of the explosion. Positively and negatively charged water jet ( any liquid ) form a voltaic arc facing ( bathroom with temperatures up to 5000 * C) provide a continuous blast.
2 . In internal combustion engines with periodic detonations , the jet of water ( liquid) , one or two , in the combustion chamber comes under the action of the vacuum when suction piston. After the explosion, the pressure stops the jet. The process of restoration of electrical charge in the capacitor until the next time the suction and blast .
3 . In four-stroke engines should be adjusted valves taking into account that the suction and compression canceled. After stroke followed by an explosion  and exhaust stroke . Before the explosion occurs brief moment suction and immediately burst stroke . Engine power is doubled.

1. Fusing water " plasmatron (+ S) & (-L)» represents Welding aparat wherein fusible electrode is used instead , the water jet charged from the terminals ( + ) and ( -) . Oppositely charged jet meeting close an electrical circuit to form voltaic arc ( the weld pool with a temperature of up to 7000 * C) and explode with the release of mechanical energy expansion of matter. Energy 4.5 liters of water is equivalent to 1.100 liters of gasoline energy .
2 . ENGINE ELECTRICAL represents Welding mashines that spark ( plasma ) spark plug blows water and oil . In the spark plug should be one jet fed through a tube electrode , another jet terminals through a straw weight . All the matter power sparks and method of supplying water to the plasma .
