Fake olympic flame in Sochi

Until extinction of the first torch symbolical Greek fire from Olympia burned. The torch went out directly at the first stage, near the Moscow Kremlin walls, at the former communistic pagan cemetery on Red Square.

Well, unpleasant, symbolically, but shit happens.

The worst consisted in different thing.

It was necessary then to return immediately to a source of symbolical Greek flame and to light a torch again from it – from the sacred flame of Olympia.

But the aged torch carrier and the obliging Kremlin security guard, wishing to smooth down as quick as possible the annoying trouble, made a fatal, catastrophic mistake: the two brave guys just lit the gone-out torch by Zippo's banal lighter.

Sort of a soldier's ingenuity. Many even approved them for resourcefulness.

Millions of people witnessed the cataclysm of the SUBSTITUTION of the holy flame, the mystical replacement of the Olympic symbol by that of the KGB which took its place. Two persons, in fact, cancelled Putin’s Olympic Games in Sochi.
