The Chairman
Lenochka the Secretary
The Directors
The new President of the Board of Directors


A conference room. A Board Meeting is about to begin. The Directors, the Chairman, and Lenochka the Secretary take their respective seats at the long desk.

THE CHAIRMAN. Ladies and gentlemen, today we have a number of items on the agenda, namely
1)Meeting the new President of the Board of Directors;
2)Sacrifice; and
3)Miscellaneous.

The Directors are dumbfounded.

THE CHAIRMAN. Yes, ladies and gentlemen, now we have a new President of the Board, and he is about to arrive. Lenochka, please open the basement trapdoor.

Lenochka the Secretary presses a button and the stage trapdoor opens. A thing with claws and horns comes crawling out of the trapdoor, roaring violently.

THE CHAIRMAN. Ladies and gentlemen, meet the new President of the Board.

The new President of the Board snatches one of the Directors and drags him away into the basement. The trapdoor slams shut. The remaining Directors whisper to each other in fear.

THE CHAIRMAN. Any questions? Suggestions? No? Then I suggest we proceed to Miscellaneous.
