In somewhere was home party.There was yong peoples(17-18 y.o.)There was shootout. 4  guys,they was hooligans,start shooting their close friends:bad guys,some young addict guys,and others bad for socium people. 4 shooters kill 8 people,all of them was their close friend.The Detective start investigating.
About main character-Detective(I just dont want to choose name,beacuse all of it can be just not need for you.):He was not born into a wealthy family. He had no friends at school. And the other children all the time mocked him,until he left school. Theh,after some years,he start work police homicide detective. He good detective and very smart guy. He has no family but he has a relationship with a married neighbor. He has a problems with alcohol. He hate his childhood and all who mocking on him.
Talk with friends and family of shooters Detective learn about new dope-like LSD but very cheap.
Detective has talk with a serious drug dealer and he says about troubles in drug busines because new drug have a famous because have not big price and good effect.
Detective found a man who start making this new drug,but was punched by that man.
Detective woke up tied to a radiator.
The person who made the drug was a former employee of the Juvenile Police. He resigned after he was shot by the guy , whom he saved from prison. And then he realized that criminal people will always be criminals and for saving good citizens he must try to erase all criminal peoples.Then he think about this idea : if a person purchased for cheap drugs, it is dangerous to society. At first he was just doing drug that killed a man after 2 weeks after it is received,but big death statistic make all very bad.Then he changed formule of that drug and now it not kill addict,but making it vulnerable to attack from other people. He just programmed addicts kill their friends , and then kill themselves.
About person who making drugs: He is about 40-45 y.o.He was a former employee of the Juvenile Police and he really like his work. But after 15 years on work he was shoot by the guy whim he saving from prison. He has no family. He know about detective's childhood and and pressed on his hatred of bullies.
After a talking the Person who make drugs and Detective start work together. Detective trying to deflect suspicion from the person who did drug.
Murders is happened again and again. And then DEA send their man to investigate this. He began to suspect detective in connection with The Person who making drug.
And after a DEA agent guessed participation detective in the case , he gave the order to seize the house where the detective was arranged laboratory because his house would not have caused suspicion.
The Person who making drug and Detective try to run away by the car but DEA agent start chasing and reporting about chase to local Police Departament.
The person who makes the drug and the detective in a car crash on the road fence and fly into the ditch. The Person who makes drug dies in accident.  Detective try to run away up the hill but could not move forward because of the wounds.He stops and looks at the lights of the city at night. He knows-this is the end. DEA Agent finds a detective and they talk about the methods to improve the society were too awful and people have to rely on the law . Detective said that he only now understood. He looks smiling at the DEA agent . The detective said that he did , he was right , he was cleaning the world and did everything just better and shoots himself in the head with a pistol singly.
