Tale about an Amazon
It was an Amazon clearing her way in the forest. Suddenly she saw Him coming from behind a tree. The Amazon got ready to drive her dagger into Him, but here their eyes met. She couldn't understand what made her pull down the dagger and keep going.
In a couple of days she met Him again. They stood in front of each other and looked in the eyes. "What if I touch Him?" thought the Amazon. She touched his hand and discovered warmth. Then the Amazon took his hand in hers and didn't release for long. But she had to go away.
Next morning the Amazon went to the sea shore and saw Him there. He was lying on the sand with his eyes shut. The Amazon came closer, sat down next to Him and took his hand. He opened his eyes and looked at her. "What if I touch his lips with my ones?" thought the Amazon. She bent, touched his lips and discovered something she hadn't known before – tenderness…
It was twilight. The Amazon was lying down his chest listening to his heart beat. "What if I take his heart and hold, so it will beat in my hands?" thought she. Before He could realize anything the Amazon plunged the dagger into his chest and cut out his heart. She held the heart in her hands and waited for long but it didn't beat.
When it got dark the heart in the Amazon's hands melted. Then she remembered about Him. She pressed her lips to his lips but didn't feel anything. She took his hand but it was cold. She sought for his glance but He seemed to be looking through her. The Amazon lay down the sand next to Him. She didn't go away and died of starvation in a few days.
