Take the Standard Meter it is in classical Gravity and its classical length is supposed to have N pieces: L1=N s1. Let divide it in our mind into N equal pieces. If N is large enough, a small piece will be in Quantum Gravity, which effects it length, so after merging together N s2 = L2, we have effect of Quantum Gravity in the realm of Classical Gravity. But Metrology Standards can not change, they are invariant to circumstances. Because the Standards are basis of Science. Therefore, there is no Quantum Gravity.
