kundalini awakening

I had a very dramatic and intense kundalini awakening sometime near the end of may. It was unintentional but very much needed. Long story short, I feel as if I've let it or myself fall almost back to prior. Has anyone else gone through similar and what are your thoughts or things done about it

5 12 16sadly but i do not experiencing it anymore, I remember I slep on a balcony, so I assume cold or fresh air somehow triggered the process, and also I recall I could be a vegeterian that time, i am not shure about it, but suspect it was like that, and also one good thing, writing a every day spritual diary could help, possibly i can find my records about such significant event in my life. Another good thing -you could practise some tantric techniques, such as ring of love with your partner, wich would bring you to enlightening, such case happend in my case, it wasnt enlightening, just telepatic abilities drastically increased
