In the country there are many private companies that inherited the resources, lands, buildings, equipment’s  acquired  by others in the previous years, this is  looks completely  differently
In each district, and the city can count about a dozen stops or looted cleaned PMK, depot, procurement agency, public service buildings, and so on. Only a few of them managed to survive, and  continue working. Just a small portion of them can able manage to save after the privatization in full its assets and authority.
 But the person that we want to tell, has made something quite extraordinary and even impossible in this regard. He did not receive his inheritance, not participate in  provatisation of  prosperous states company but lost it becouce others  privatized his state company where he worked and he as many others workers  left without jobs.
But he do not come to terms with her loss and recreate step by step from scratch - literally constructed, restored, revived a unique enterprise in the swamp.
  - The enterprise "Sibstalkonstruktsiya", - where I worked in Soviet time, - remembered  Mikhail Havhalyuk, -was a status of national importance.  It was a unique building organization in our entire Central Asian region, specializing in the production of steel structures used in the construction of high-rise buildings, industrial buildings, hangars, bridges and other complex structures. It was created in the mid 70 of the last century and played a key role in the construction of the most attractive buildings in Kyrgyzstan: Government House, the circus, the National Library, "Manas" airport and many other facilities. Moreover, we worked everywhere, beyond our state   - on the construction of the Tashkent aviation plant, aluminum giant building erected in Tajikistan, mountain skating rink "Medeo" in Kazakhstan. Naturally, a lot of work have done in Russia.
 After 90 years, our organization has been falling apart, it was once a single structure with the parent company in the capital of Kyrgyzstan. Our manufacturing base in Russia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and other republics were privatized and separated from us. But what is worse - the parent company in the country with all shops, industrial premises, equipment and 300 experienced professionals has undergone privatization and collapse.
 These were the darkest days for Michael Havhalyuk. Imagine a leading expert, in front of which is gradually dying powerful production company, lost years of well-established connections, experience and qualifications, like the plant named after Lenin and Frunze, who released once sophisticated computer-controlled machines, and then reshaped to produce spoons, tin utensils and other rubbish.
    Almost the same happened with "Sibstalkonstruktsiey" that after privatization rebuilt at its production facilities and workshops to produce cardboard boxes.
 However Havhalyuk not put up with such a prospect.
- I have been at the hands of the action, - says Havhalyuk. - I got that after privatization, as well as the rest of the 300 employees. I appealed to the authorities and asked in exchange for shares to give me two welding machine.
So I, along with nine friends can be said to have left the company, although, to be precise, were laid off, production is still being phased out rapidly.
  At first it was very hard. In order to somehow survive and feed their families, we grasp at any job, what will fall. Cooked valves on private buildings, frames for shower, leaky tanks and so on.
  I found a job, suggested to his colleagues, he worked with them. Guys I have been masters of their craft, properly cope with the welding work. Nevertheless, we are quite a long time to work on the little things before you started getting more serious orders from construction companies and companies.
    The real success was the invitation by Kumtor perform installation work - welding skeletons of a new processing plant in the highlands. We quickly and in time to cope with this order, and then we noticed many foreign companies operating in Kyrgyzstan and throughout the region.
 Soon, we were invited to the French organization, then again, Canadians, Chinese and went and went.
We built the factory premises gold plant, industrial hangars. I worked 24 hours a day. Before lunch, he worked as a welder, and after dinner dressed and arranged as a manager. It was built frames refills. In general, I soon realized that we demand in Kyrgyzstan.
     When there was little money Havhalyuk did not simply spend. I bought a hectare of vacant land in the waterlogged soils north of Chyi channel (BCHK), put the trailer there, the equipment that was available to me at the time.
Then he bought KAMAZ , crane, guillotine  equipment for the production of insulated panels and went and went.
Then he took to go through the licensing. And now it has its own design team, which has invited specialists with certificates

This company has a second level of responsibility, which gives the right to build masts, towers, gas tanks, workshops and so on, where high reliability is required. However, in reality, his company and specialists capable of carrying out the work of the first level - to build large bridges, tunnels, dams and hydroelectric stations housing.
 Its specialists have built Kazarman’s gold mining.

- Importation of a thousand tons of metal in the vicinity of Kazarman, and after half a year already there grows the plant. Of course, all this is achieved through a high quality professionals who are gathered with me. I am glad that these people follow me, believed in me. Previously, the company "Sibstalkonstruktsiya" employs 300 people, and now I have 400, while they are performing much more work than the former Soviet enterprise. When we started to work my engineers and workers to get to work on the bike, and today they go on foreign cars ...

 Currently, his company is building a modern gold mining in the village of Chok-Tal Ala-Buka District = Jalal Abad. Spend communication, sewage network, erect dormitories, tailings, industrial shops, workshops for the repair of trucks. There are nine buildings will be built. It is something like another Kumtor.  "You just have to work. And everything will be fine. And of course, we must be able to set goals and solve problems every day ... Of course, it is important for a manager to run the team, and you need to control everything .. not everything comes so easy in life. I have a very strict discipline. We are climbers, I'm in the lives of many friends lost because they are addicted to alcohol. Therefore, whoever is interested in a drink, immediately dismissed from their jobs.
Thanks to this discipline and responsibility, our company five years is the winner in the nomination "The best builder in Bishkek."
   If the country were a hundred companies such as mine, then this will be the solution to all problems for Kyrgyzstan: he will become as prosperous as the current Switzerland, and no one wants to leave here in search of better lives.
Actually this was the main purpose of my life: to succeed in Kyrgyzstan to support their family and friends here and the country as a whole.
