The world crisis, which burst at the very beginning of the Third Millennium, became the Doomsday for the Debt Economy, for unfair and consequently inefficient and unpromising system in which the capital exploits the person …
It will become history as “social and economic tsunami” which crushed bastions of old thinking and “the wild market”. The understanding of this important event requires new system of estimates. New time begins with zero. Therefore I suggest this “a sense watershed” to call short and clear – Crisis “Zero”.
Already today the science and technics are capable to provide abundance of goods and production on Earth. But structural unemployment becomes an inevitable and excessive social payment for progress in conditions of “wild capitalism”. If growth of economy doesn't cause growth of the income of each citizen, it is malignant economy.
Catastrophically quickly growing difference in the incomes of small group of multibillionaires and billions citizens is caused by many reasons. But the main reason of poverty of citizens even in the rich states is a low extent of participation of each citizen in obtaining the income from national wealth.
High-quality lifting of the income of each citizen is universal reasonable overcoming of Crisis "Zero". We can immediately start this great process with realizing the Idea of Universal Basic Income. But really it can be fully realized only through introduction of “3D-economy” (democratization of property, democratization of income, democratization of demand) and implementation of Honeycomb Property.

Honeycomb, or cellular, property is a property consisting of equal shares (cell), in which one person is owner of one cell in honeycombs. Fair billionaires can create First Global People's Corporation on basis of Honeycomb Property !

HI FOR EVERYONE ! HI is the abbreviation of Human Income .

Let's make intellectual experiment. We will assume that there are two absolutely identical joint-stock companies – “national leaders”. In one of them is one owner - the multibillionaire. In other, owners are one million adult citizens.
We will assume that the billionaire and million shareholders invest the equal sums into business development, and part of dividends will direct on consumption. The billionaire will buy luxury goods: yacht, plane … But the billionaire will never buy for himself one million toothbrushes. Whereas million shareholders will buy million usual goods, thus increasing demand, stimulating increase in production of goods and services. High extent of democratization of property, the income and demand will create the infinite Mobius band in which production and consumption become continuous (unceasing) process.
Participation of each person in production of material benefits for the sake of support of worthy living conditions in modern society any more isn't obligatory neither from the technological point of view, nor for achievement of the general reasonable welfare.
However it is impossible to allow that free time became useless or criminal pastime. We need to make revolution in world outlook. It is necessary to bring up new generations for which the purpose of life is not an infinite carnival, but also not a hard work for the sake of a survival. For new generations the full development of the identity of the person becomes the purpose of life. Entering the ERA (the Era of Robotization and Automation), we must replace the slogan “work for all” with the slogan “profit for each person”!
What to do? First of all, it is necessary to declare firmly and unequivocally that the private property remains inviolable if this is created not in the deceptive or criminal ways and is successfully used within the limits of the law.
The first step is creation of 10-20 “national leaders”- financial, industrial and other companies which are strategically important for national economy - National People's Corporation (NNC).
‘Human income’ (HI/UBI) could be promoted step by step, starting with the most deprived and defenseless persons, and then reaches to all citizens, each of which has an aggregate income at the level less than necessary for a decent life in sufficiency.
The principle of calculating dividends in the National People's Corporation (NPC), set up on the basis of ‘Honeycombs Property (HoPe)/cellular property’, in which every adult citizen of the country owns and uses an equal share/honeycomb.
This principle should solve the tasks of maintaining a decent standard of living for any person, as well as retaining the motivation to receive additional income for a higher standard of living.
The size of the Personal Dividend (PD) should aim at the level of the difference between the level of income necessary for a decent life in sufficiency (DS) and the level of other incomes of the citizen during the same period (OD):
PD = DS - OD.
At the same time, every citizen should have the unconditional right, but not the obligation to receive the Human income (Hi). Theoretically: a richest man in the world will begin to receive the Hi when his incomes will be lower than the level of income necessary for a decent life in the sufficiency of his contemporary.
"Human income" will become a creator of the ‘middle class’, a guarantor of justice and democracy, reduce social tension and crime, increase effective demand and positive mood of People, will become the driver of the ‘Noonomy’ - a reasonable, efficient and humane economy of the Noosphere in the Era of Eden.

The right for sale, transfer and inheritance must be prohibited to avoid creation of oligarchic property like in Russia.
Voting shares of the “national leaders” in equal shares should be transferred gratuitously in possession to each adult citizen and along with other assets they become real money on its personal account.
The state should supervise process through system of planned indicators, and also through using “gold share” with veto-right.
The myth that only the private owner can effectively operate business was buried by “Revolution of managers” in the second half of the 20-th century. Therefore, the “national leaders”, which are belonging to each citizen, will be the effective commercial organizations.
Smaller part of the income could be delivered to the citizen in cash, to avoid of abusing. The main part of the income in a non-cash form could be used for obligatory and voluntary insurance or as payment of invoices and so on.
For example, the electric power will be produced on the power station belonging to citizens. This power station, as well as other "national leaders", quarterly transfer dividends into personal account of the citizen, and the citizen will pay the consumed energy, other services and the goods from the personal account.
It is very important that introduction of “the share of the citizen in national wealth” will not destroy a basis of existing economic system, but adjusts new economy on harmonious interaction of interests of the citizen, the society, the state.
As citizens will have got stable income for comfortable life, it will be possible to cut down social expenses of budgets of all levels; to lower tax burden; to solve problems of pensions. The enterprises can promptly implement innovative technologies, cut superfluous jobs and raise labor productivity without serious social conflicts.
If each citizen will become real beneficiary of national economy, the share of creative activity will increase, quantity of the crimes for the sake of a survival will decrease. Honeycombs Property (HoPe) as a basis of the Noonomy (ECONOMY OF THE NOOSPHERE) will create equal starting possibilities for citizens, will become an economic basis of the democratic state and will reduce critical difference between incomes of people.
Russian word “dolya” means and “a part from whole – share”, and “destiny – fortune”. While our “dolya” will be in our hands, bureaucrats and plutocrats will not operate our destinies.
