Val Belin after the break with his first wife Nora Bumbiere creates a group. The name came from the abbreviation capitalized of Horoscopic names
A - Aries, C - Capricorn, L - Leo
A - Val Belin - guitar, C - Igor Sidorov - drums, L - Olegs Grishins - bass. Later in the ensemble was invited pianist - Eino Kolists. Val has created a music studio in the village of Salaspils. There were constant sessions and classes of music. There was created a children's group of Salaspils in the House of Culture.
In village Val Belin has rested, worked and taught in his studio, where the label ACL was based. The group originated in 1983 and consisted of his students. With this group, he opened the concerts of the Riga Rock Club, founded in the same year. This trio was the type of Jimi Hendrix Experience, and they performed exceptionally original music. In 1986 to the group was taken promising young bassist Andrei Svetlov, brought by drummer Igor Sidorov.
