Gennady Bachinsky born September 1, 1971 in the city of Yarovoye Altai Territory. He graduated from Saint Petersburg State Electrotechnical University, Faculty of Automation and Computer Engineering. Together with Edward "Redtom" Starkov, as lead guitarist in 1990, he organized a group of "Baltic Deputy", later included in the story called "Chimera". As a part of the team recorded the album "Dreams fireman", "Commissioner smoke gendarmerie", "Polupetrogradskaya acoustic" live album "Ships" and others. Served as "Chimera" manager functions perfectly coping with this role; participated in the concerts of the group. From June 1992 he worked on the radio, "Polis" in 1994. From 1995 to 2001, together with Sergei Stillavin worked on "Modern" radio, from now Bachinsky - Stillavin and worked on all radio stations together until his tragic accident.
