Notification from the future

Thirty years ago I wrote a book in which gave a description of one my dream-visions about some events from future. I not pretended to be neither a prophet nor an oracle or fortuneteller; I just reflected what I dreamed. Also, I have not believed in dreams at all, that they able sent to us some valuable prognosis, but we must consider them as a kind of warning, so we can avoid something unwanted which loomed on us or trying to do that.
So, what I had seen in that dream 30 years ago?
It was as an amateurishly created video clip, short and stunned, which depicted our city, half-destroyed by the some horrible events like the civil war, interethnic clashes or something else.
I saw fragments of destroyed Bishkek and dead bodies lying right on the streets, on its edges, under the roadside bushes, into underground concrete passages... and feared faces of citizens saved from calamities of unknown for me mature. It was declared a curfew in Bishkek and people amid the day willing to run to countryside – far from military situation as soon as possible fearing stay at night in our capital.
Although, thank God, nothing like that, horrible and tragic, did not happen with our Bishkek for that long period, nevertheless in southern capital of Kyrgyzstan Osh we twice went on through similar tragedies as massively inter-ethical clashes, mob and murdering’s.
But two Osh tragedies too was not quite the same things what I had seen in my dream.
Eventually, the ruined city of Aleppo in Syria, gave me a clue to my long-standing dream and exact answer for question - what all of these have been explained and foretold which I had seen 30 years ago?
It was gone to be very clear and real now. Exactly the same horrific events that  happened in Middle East and torn up Syria, will quite possible for us, it’s just a matter of time and our city will be destroyed completely and inevitable like Aleppo if we do not learn before into short time frame to respect and appreciate the democracy more than anything else in the world and live and cope with its basic priciples as the way for surviving in hardship and road for prosperity into peaceful time.   
Until we going up through this tipping point and established the more or less steady working system of self-governance, the nightmares of the past will come and threaten us again and again. Not only in our dreams.
