The State Duma has forbidden almost everything. So, the deputies got very bored, because they didn’t know what else they could forbid. But they knew for sure that every day they had to forbid something. At last, one of them said:
- Is there anything else that we could forbid? If we don’t forbid something, we won’t get paid.
That very moment the door opened and a tall armed sailor accompanied by a few soldiers marched in.
- I’ve got a very good idea, - he said. - I suggest that you forbid yourselves. The guards are tired. Your time is up.
