ПРЕДИСЛОВИЕ

В этот сборник я свожу «произведения», составляющие элементы проработки проблемы выживания Израиля в современный исторический период.

ВВЕДЕНИЕ

На семинаре в Институте интеграции  и профессиональной адаптации, г. Нетания (15.11.2017), под руководством д-ра Михаила Козлова, наметилось возможное формирование «команды» по холистическому подходу к рассматриваемой проблеме.

Леон Коварский и Яков Деуль подошли в своей работе к обозначению перспективы системно-целостного, холистического подхода, http://club.berkovich-zametki.com/?p=19843.

Михаил Козлов примерил использование синергетического подхода на тактической задаче урегулирования отношений Израиля с возможным появлением одного или нескольких «палестинских» государственных образований.
 
Модель, выстроенная мною в опоре на текст Михаила Козлова, представлена вверху над текстом данной публикации. Такое понимание природы и человека в основе своей является холистическим и ведет к видению скрытых связей между ними.
В синергетике элементы структурируются в целое, т. е. они первичны, а целое – вторично. В холистической парадигме сущее-сущность-существование - это целое, которое первично и всегда больше своих частей.
В сочетании с холистическим подходом, наработки в рамках синергетического подхода обогащают представление о существенных отношениях в исследуемой системе и обеспечивают фактологическое насыщение концептуальных холистических моделей. В холистическом подходе мы идем от ощущения и воображения сущности к определению явлений; в синергетическом подходе определяются явления и через их взаимосвязи формируется представление о сущности.

Предлагается осуществлять итерационный процесс сочетания синергетического и холистического подходов:

• Строим представление о целом, руководствуясь ощущением/образом искомого сочетания его элементов, которое даст синергетический эффект – жизнеспасительный маневр обреченного Израиля.

• В выявленной системе высматриваем возможные частные сочетания её элементов, которые, будучи актуализированы, дадут искомый синергетический эффект.

В той сущности, которую я отразил в чрезвычайно поверхностной системной модели, скрыты варианты (поле вариантов) выживания Израиля. Задача холистического анализа данной сущности – выявить это поле, различить варианты и реализовать один из них.

В работе над разрешением проблемы потребность в уточнении  категории «подход» возникает при встрече с принципиальной неразрешаемостью проблемы наличными аналитическими и проектными средствами.

Нарастание межцивилизационного противоборства возникло и имеет перспективу в силу примерного равенства противников. Структура силы у каждого своя, но, в целом, уровни силы достаточно совпадают, чтобы противоборство возникло и развивалось.
Силы «западной» цивилизации: опыт эффективного цивилизационного существования, организованность, накопленная материальная и интеллектуальная мощь. Относительная слабость – возрастная потеря тонуса.

Силы «исламистской» цивилизации: численное превосходство людской массы, пассионарность «встающего с колен», перехват на всех уровнях - от низовых боевиков до руководящего цивилизационного ядра - инструментария, наработанного «западной» цивилизацией. Такой инструментарий – выученность и материально-предметное оснащение. Относительная слабость – невключенность, пока, всей своей человеческой массы в цивилизационный натиск.

На фоне этих сил Израиль является пренебрежимо малой величиной, способной только на какое-то время отвлечь на себя часть сил исламистского наката. При этом Израиль уничтожается. Израиль уничтожается, если не найдет и не актуализирует в себе способности находить и использовать те элементы силы и слабости в системах противоборствующих цивилизаций, опираясь на которые сможет отвести от себя или уклониться от уничтожающих воздействий со стороны противоборствующих глобальных гигантов.

Комплекс холистического и синергического подходов к проработке проблемной ситуации выживания Израиля – средство выявления возможностей жизнеспасительного маневрирования.

В этих отношениях предметом анализа и работы по совершенствованию и актуализации должен быть и Наблюдатель.

Анализом надо выявить – в системных взаимообусловленностях:

a) какие качества (способности, компетентности) нужны Наблюдателю, чтобы справиться с задачами выявления и актуализации возможностей дления существования государства Израиль в условиях нарастающего глобального межцивилизационного противоборства;

b) какими исходными способностями (потенциалом) обладает Наблюдатель и каким путем эти исходные способности можно доразвить до уровня потребных качеств.

На основании анализа проектируется и осуществляется актуализация нужных качеств Наблюдателя в работе по выявлению и актуализации в Системе возможностей дления существования государства Израиль в условиях нарастающего глобального межцивилизационного противоборства.

Появляется задача определения наличных и потребных компетентностей каждого отдельного и коллективного Наблюдателя, заинтересованного в выживании Израиля в условиях противоборства цивилизационных гигантов.

Опыт ответственного самоопределения компетентности может оказаться полезным ориентиром для множества активистов и ведомых в сетевых сообществах, продекларировавших озабоченность израильской проблематикой. На основе компетентностных оценок можно подойти к различению - циничных манипуляторов; людей с неоправданным самомнением; искренне озабоченных, но дезориентированных людей.

PREFACE

In this collection, I bring together the "works" that make up the elements of studying the problem of Israel's survival in the modern historical period.

INTRODUCTION

At a seminar at the Institute of Integration and Professional Adaptation, Netanya (15.11.2017), under the leadership of Dr. Mikhail Kozlov, a possible formation of a "team" on a holistic approach to the problem under consideration was outlined.

Mikhail Kozlov tried the use of a synergetic approach on the tactical task of resolving Israeli relations with the possible appearance of one or more "Palestinian" state entities.

The model that I built based on the text of Mikhail Kozlov is presented at the top above the text of this publication. This understanding of nature and man is fundamentally holistic and leads to the vision of hidden connections between them.
In synergetics, the elements are structured into a whole, i.e. they are primary, and the whole is secondary. In the holistic paradigm, being-essence-existence is a whole that is primary and always greater than its parts.
In combination with the holistic approach, the developments within the synergetic approach enrich the idea of essential relations in the system under study and provide factual saturation of conceptual holistic models. In the holistic approach, we go from the sensation and imagination of the essence to the definition of phenomena; in the synergetic approach, phenomena are defined and an idea of the essence is formed through their interrelationships.

It is proposed to implement an iterative process of combining synergetic and holistic approaches:

* We build an idea of the whole, guided by the feeling/image of the desired combination of its elements, which will give a synergistic effect – a life-saving maneuver of the doomed Israel.

• In the identified system, we look for possible particular combinations of its elements, which, when updated, will give the desired synergetic effect.

In the essence that I have reflected in an extremely superficial system model, there are hidden options (a field of options) for Israel's survival. The task of a holistic analysis of this entity is to identify this field, distinguish between options and implement one of them.

In the work on solving the problem, the need to clarify the category "approach" arises when meeting with the fundamental unsolvability of the problem with available analytical and design tools.

The growing intercivilizational confrontation has arisen and has a prospect due to the approximate equality of the opponents. Everyone has their own structure of power, but, in general, the levels of power coincide enough for the confrontation to arise and develop.
The forces of "Western" civilization: the experience of effective civilizational existence, organization, accumulated material and intellectual power. Relative weakness – age-related loss of tone.

The forces of the "Islamist" civilization: the numerical superiority of the human mass, the passion of the "rising from his knees", interception at all levels - from the grassroots militants to the leading civilizational core - the tools developed by the "Western" civilization. Such tools are learning skills and material and subject equipment. The relative weakness is the non-inclusion, so far, of the entire human mass in the civilizational onslaught.

Against the background of these forces, Israel is a negligible quantity that can only divert some of the forces of the Islamist onslaught for a while. At the same time, Israel is being destroyed. Israel is being destroyed if it does not find and actualize the ability to find and use those elements of strength and weakness in the systems of opposing civilizations, relying on which it can divert from itself or evade the destructive influences from the opposing global giants.

A complex of holistic and synergistic approaches to the study of the problematic situation of Israel's survival is a means of identifying the possibilities of life-saving maneuvering.

In these relations, the Observer should also be the subject of analysis and work on improvement and updating.

The analysis should reveal-in the systemic interdependencies:

a) what qualities (abilities, competencies) do an Observer need to cope with the tasks of identifying and updating the possibilities for the existence of the State of Israel in the conditions of an increasing global intercivilizational confrontation;

b) what initial abilities (potential) the Observer has and in what way these initial abilities can be developed to the level of the required qualities.

Based on the analysis, the necessary qualities of the Observer are designed and updated in the work on identifying and updating the possibilities of the existence of the State of Israel in the System in the conditions of an increasing global intercivilizational confrontation.

The task of determining the available and necessary competencies of each individual and collective Observer interested in the survival of Israel in the conditions of the confrontation of civilizational giants appears.

The experience of responsible self-determination of competence can be a useful guide for many activists and followers in online communities who have declared concern about Israeli issues. On the basis of competence assessments, it is possible to distinguish between cynical manipulators; people with unjustified self - conceit; genuinely concerned, but disoriented people.
