yes, it hurts spirituality... and when you deleted me... didn't it hurt your spirituality? or when you flirt with someone? and so on... so on... If I were so "spiritual", I wouldn’t live in this world and can easily move to the next one. But I'm still here...

yes, it hurts spirituality and at the same time i like to be truthful with myself. Everything that is against the will of God hurts spirituality. Will of God meaning: What God has prescribed humanity to do and shun.
Of course i loose my spirituality.

thanks you agree... we are humans, Adnan, not angels... you do mistakes from time to time.... and I also not always do or wish right things... I just show you what I am... not what I want or have to be...

in my study of religion and experience Islam only unlearns ur bad learnt behavior and introduces to your natural behavior. Quran is like a machine which removes 'rust' from the heart.
But of course me and the likes are so used to our bad habits that we don’t really want to be all goody goody, we are like slaves to our whims. Going against ur whims means you 'have to do something'. Showing what u r means 'u don’t give a damn'.
The concept of rest also comes from here: 'this is what i am' to move yourself to do anything is 'you have to do it.' at least in the beginning, but when the habit sets in, it becomes the new nature.
