Introduction

So, it will be better if I start writing in English again. It will be a second attempt to make inner government using other language. The first attempt was helpful and I figured out how I can improve myself with that technique.
Now I'm going to develop not only my language but also my psychological method either. It must help me to balance inner harmony and achieve supercontrol of myself. If I do not lead the journal, I'm becoming an idiot. Everything what I do is fucking waste of time. I must change it. I must return the condition of power. To increase personal power is the task number one! The second task is the next level of English. Practice! Practice! Practice!
I think the new inner government needs a name. I call it "man of knowledge". The man will rule next 40 days and his goal is to implement the set of tasks. Tomorrow he will begin.
