Today I invested a lot of time in watching English videos and not only. I studied Murphy’s grammar, read, thought and so on. I can study English during a whole day and my motivation doesn’t become weaker. It reminds videogames. I have a passion for it. Now, I want to accomplish an exercise to stick with studying stuff. It was past perfect. Very easy. Especially if you understand present perfect. Examples: Before I started this note I had watched a video on Engvid. I began to watch the video after I had had a walk. So simple. After I had watched the video made by BJ Fogg at TEDx I decided to make a list where I’m going to write some programs for my behavior. Example: After I pee I do 5 pushups. It’s really wonderful method
