I will think in English. I was studying the whole day.
At first, I read Murphy, than watched videos and eventually made up a new task. I started translating the last Leo’s video and it took me almost the whole day to make subtitles for the first 10 minutes. Several times I did small breaks and read Bateson’s book. I also went to a source for water.
Working with translating I understood stuff much deeper than it is when I just listen. Usually I don’t chase for a deep comprehension of these videos. I’m free to think for myself, however, the more I watch this dude the more I see how he becomes smarter and better. I like his manner to speak. He really helped me with studying English. Perhaps, if he would tell his stories in Russian I wouldn’t listen at all, but in English it seems quite remarkable.
There is couple of words of the content I tried to translate. It’s called “the illusion of success.” He claimed that tonyrobbins-ы (“ы” – gives plural meaning to nouns in Russian) and other people like them are very miserable and if to think about them as role models it would be silly etc. Leo has a habit to take common thing and turn it upside down by using many examples to prove his point of view. Sometime it turns out extremely convincible but he doesn’t notice many things because of his metaphysical “no duality”. I’m waiting for him going in a real opposite direction. It could be funny.
