Tkachov “Anarchy of the Thought”, “Pedagogy is the True Daughter of Psychology”. P – 100. Murphy.
I will think in English. Today was the first speaking club at P. I announced that it will be some sort of courses for everyone who needs to study English. There were four members including myself. That’s a good start. I prepared some stuff about building new habits and tried to convince others to focus on self-discipline and work at home. I said that my role is to give them some important information and explain how to work with the information. I emphasized that their attention have to be directed towards developing “the desire” to learn.
During the day I wrote a little in Russian and wasted lots of time browsering in the internet. But I did useful things too, i.e. worked with Murphy’s grammar book. I studied the lesson about “could” and “could have done”. I could have done gymnastics today’s evening but decided to read Tkachov. I could have conducted the speaking club in T today but no one had come. I could go sleep after this note. I could learn something new tomorrow…
I also did not forget to watch Engvid and listened to Alex’s lesson where he talked about homonims like they’re, there, and their; it’s and its; close and clothes; buy, by, and bye, etc.
