One more ordinary small tale

   I saw a dream – the mysterious creatures had been moving and fighting, people which I had never seen before, animals had been speaking…  I woke up suddenly and decided to write it down..
   . . . Big castle was built on the rock. And the tower was beside it. It was called Wolf’s tower. That’s why. King, queen, young prince and his sister had been living there many years before. Young prince liked hunting bears, wolfs and even dragons. He used a flying carpet and an eagle helped him hunting. The eagle knew tales, magic stories, history of the royal family and the Kingdom History and could tell long stories for hours. Once, the carpet vanished and price couldn’t find it neither in the castle, nor in the town. His old eagle tried to find and didn’t come back to the caste. It was a great grief for the royal family.
   One day the young prince went out for hunting. He had been casting around some hours and could catch no one animal. But suddenly he noticed a big wolf. It was absolutely white. He followed it. Wolf attempted to get out, but prince’s horse was quick and he grasped it alive and carried to the castle. Royal family and all people were surprised – they had never seen such a wolf. Prince’s sister was amazed especially.
The wolf was set to the tower in a cage. The wolf were fed good.
   Young queen visited tower every day to see white wolf, it was really stunning. She played with wolf, it was friendly.
   One day she decided to give it freedom. At night she came to the tower and opened the cage. She brought it to the yard and was ready to free it. But suddenly, wolf began to speak as a human being. He said: “I had been a man many years before. My father was a doctor and we lived near the forest. One day the evil mage killed my father, to get his secret mixtures, and turned me to a frog. I had been living in a swamp for 5 years, until the mage came to me, and suggested to turn me a wolf if am ready to serve him. I agreed”. “After some time he said: “if you bring me a king’s daughter I will turn you a man.”” “I agreed. But now you know everything and should go to your family.”
The princess was astonished by the speaking animal and the strange story. She decided to save the wolf and to avenge the mage. "Let's go to the forest to pick up some mushrooms!" said the princess.
   Four hous passed, they got through the forest and saw a hill. "The mage lives at the top of the hill" - said the Wolf. They came up to the hill and saw a black
gloomy tower and suddenly the mage appeared in front of them.”Oh, in the end, I see what I want – how long I have been waiting!” – he screamed.
   The mage weared a hat with wide edges and had a broom. On the right shoulder sat small dragon-like creature, without wings. The proceeded to his house and mage fixed princess by the chain. He said: now I can get all royal treasure! But let’s go to sleep my children. Good night! You turned out to be honest sevant, mr Wolf. Tomorrow you will be a man!” The wolf fell asleep. He hooked bronze chain to the wolf's neck and to the girl's hand.
   After some minutes, wolf rose and quietly came upt to the princess and said: “You must take off his ring, and you will see what would be”. She noiselessly came to the sleeping mage in his room. It was a big room and the mage was sleeping on the dirty carpet. It was evident that his used it as a dining-table. It was interesting that it was surrounded by cages with big and fat parrots, all were sleeping too.
   Princess was wondering how she would steal his ring and after some minutes she noticed glitter of two small eyes. It was the small dragon-like creature beside sleeping mage. Princess thought it was no good if the creature would give a scream. Then she noticed that it was banded with mages fist by silver chain. Suddenly, as if the creature  learned what she had thought, it turned his head and she saw that his mouth was wrapped by a patch. She made up her mind to go.
   She carefully took off his flower-like ring and put it on… Suddenly a storm and a flood came! Then a big thunder came, it destroyed house and the dragon-like creature became an eagle. How surprised was a mage and how angry! Parrots started screaming “Great Master! Great Master!” but it was useless. He had been vainly seeking for his prisoners, before he saw a blink of the sword blade and realized that it was over with him. The wolf revenged. He turned a man, and the flower-like ring became a golden one.  They set on the carpet and it flew away from the forest which was being flooded by the water. They saw a man on the carriage and asked him to take them to the castle.
   «Of course, they forgot about mushrooms!» said the eagle. He told me that story.
