Here she is! A "magnificent seven"! The Elite of the Russian-speaking Aliya, who broke through the glass dome of the Israeli bureaucracy, ascended to the honorary pedestals of the Knesset and the Government by the efforts and trust of Russian-speaking immigrants who had no equal rights with the aborigines to use their language and education in the acquisition of housing, work, citizenship, judicial protection, professional knowledge, business , civil marriages, communication with representatives of state institutions, understanding instructions and rules for the use of household appliances and medicines and using its All this, dear and trustful repatriates of the 90s, you still do not deserve, despite the fact that according to the census, the Russian-speaking population of Israel is 894 thousand people (only from the CIS countries) or the largest community. In the Knesset of the 18th convocation, when the NDI party had 15 deputies, it managed to pass a law on "Civil marriages of non-religious citizens", depriving its electorate of the right to a civil marriage in Israel, because according to this Law a non-religious citizen is one who is not a Jew, a Muslim , drusen or does not belong to any of the Christian communities, thus mixing into one heap the nationality (ethnos) and religion, automatically enrolling in religious and those who have never been. Only ignorance or unscrupulousness of the deputies can explain this marasmus. Nevertheless, our representatives look good and worthy, yes, and they, as we see, are quite content with themselves. Honestly, before our chosen ones, you can take off your hat and stop dead in the deepest bow. This is what courage (or arrogance) you must have, so that, without having a special education, to take up the creation of laws, to enter into any commissions and occupy any ministerial armchairs. And it's not scary that the results, if not zero, then there may be flawed for the people and the state. The most important and essential thing is that none for such activities are not attracted to either moral, financial or criminal responsibility.
They, thank God, did not rape anyone and did not attempt.
And why they should be better or worse than the candidates of orthodox parties, whose education is not higher, but how they twist the government and shear coupons with budget of the state for the needs of their voters who do not want to serve in the army of defense Israel, or burdens myself with anything other than studying the Torah and procreating oneself similar?
No, there is one nuance, of course. What's there to cunning. Orthodoxy threatens to leave the coalition, if their requirements are not met. And left.
"Nashi", if they left, it's only the Knesset's meetings during the voting, expressing this is their disagreement. The coalition did not fall apart from this. Therefore, Russian-speaking voters (and not only) have what they have. Our deputies also have what they have, and this is quite satisfactory to them. And they could achieve much more if they left the Knesset is not at the time of voting under a law with which they do not agree, but generally leave the Knesset, which is not allowed to function in the absence of registered 120 deputies from parties that passed into the Knesset following the results of the elections to it.
At the same time, such a demarche is fully justified, since the Knesset does not ensure compliance rights of citizens who elected their representatives to it.
And while our deputies continue to function in the Knesset and the government, they carry full responsibility for the actual disintegration of the legislative, executive and judicial systems of the state, namely:
- The absence until now of the Constitution of the State of Israel and the adoption of laws, contradicting the Declaration of Independence of the State of Israel, in violation of the rights and duties of its citizens,
- Government's inactivity in protecting the territorial integrity of the state, has not filed so far a lawsuit against England and the United Nations for violation of the Decision of the League of Nations (at the level of the law of international law) of April 24 1920, according to which, the entire territory of the former Ottoman Palestine is designed to equip the national home of the Jewish people.
Jews were recognized as the only national community with the right to create his state in the territory of the former Ottoman Palestine.
- Failure to take effective measures to return sovereignty to the territory of the Palestinian autonomy and Gaza, which have become the centers of hostile organizations, causing damage security of the State of Israel and its citizens.
- Ineffective management of military operations to suppress threats to citizens and the state from Gaza and the absence of a clear and clear prospect for the development of the territory Gases.
-Do not take action at the international level to deport from all over Israel persons hostile to the State of Israel and its citizens.
- Non-adoption of the Constitution, and as a consequence of this, strict laws on the fight against terror, providing for unambiguous punishment by the death penalty of a terrorist (with lethal the outcome of at least one affected by the terrorist attack) and deportation from the territory of Israel, including Palestinian autonomy and Gaza, the families of a terrorist, if not received from it warnings about possible dangerous actions of family members, as well as additions to such law, providing pain (shock) impact for persons convicted of terrorist acts, such as throwing stones, incendiary weapons, attacks  with cold steel.
- Non-adoption of the Constitution, and as a consequence of this, the Law on Citizenship, allowing refusal to serve in the Army or alternative service by replacing the status of "citizen
Israel "to the status of" resident of Israel "or" foreign citizen of Israel "  with the corresponding (increased in relation to the "citizen") tax payments.
- Non-adoption of the Constitution, and, as a consequence, the Law on separation of religion from states and the prohibition of participation of religious parties and communities that reject the right of the state Israel's existence, and their members in government legislative, executive and judicial systems.
- For the adoption of laws that are poorly developed or contradictory to the basic provisions of the Declaration of Independence of Israel and violating the established, on the moment of its acceptance, the status quo between the secular and religious population.
This item includes all laws adopted in violation of the legitimate rights of citizens (Law on Civil Marriages, Laws prohibiting the work on Saturday of business enterprises, transport, trade, repair work and the like, penetration of hostile state of Jewish orthodox ideology in the spheres of the army, education, judicial system).
- For gross violations of the adopted laws and lack of proper control by Legislative and judicial systems for the execution of laws (Laws of Bituha Leumi, The Law "On Combating Organized Criminal Groups", the Basic Law "On the Knesset," etc.).
- For gross violations in squandering public funds and creating public debt of 750 billion shekels, in the sale of the Land of Israel to foreign citizens and organizations, as well as the transfer of profitable enterprises to private own.
This list can go on and on.
The country is in danger because of the incompetent leaders who have allowed for decades to endure Gaza, the torturing people of Israel and burning the territory with crops, forest-park zone and animal world on it, throwing cities and settlements of Israel deadly means, and the grief-leaders negotiate with the bandits, how many them, sitting in prisons, as in holiday homes, increasing their self-education, will be given for several corpses of Israelis.

It's time to stop this mess. Knesset MPs are going on a regular vacation.
I believe that they did not deserve it. Too much they owe the people of Israel.

I suggest:

1. Before leaving for leave, the Constitutional Development Commission should present to the people to discuss the draft constitution of Israel, so that by the end of the year it was possible in the first read its contents on the basis of the results of edits and comments of citizens.
2. To replace the composition of the standing committees of the Knesset by the Public Councils authorized citizens on the relevant topics or to introduce them into the composition of these commissions.
3. To appoint, by the end of August or September of this year, the date of the Civil referendum "On trust" to all branches of the government of the State of Israel, who decide on the expediency of holding early direct elections
the Knesset, the Prime Minister, the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court.

Before the elections, I consider it expedient to hold a National Convention Council of Commissioners from all regions of the country, including Palestinian autonomy and Gaza for the development of a nationwide policy of the State of Israel, which provides for a peaceful and the safe existence of all citizens, even if, in order to achieve this, the deportation from the country of persons hostile to the existence of the state Israel, obliged to be truly democratic, ensuring equal rights for its law-abiding citizens, regardless of nationality, color or creed, if it does not propagate violence and disregard for dissenters.
