I will think in English. Today I made a new exercise to improve my grammar. After reading two lessons from Murphy’s book, I wrote down a sentence according to new rules. Then I ask myself, “What if I did it every day?” I mean, what if I made a new sentence every day till it becomes automatic. Ohh, it seems my writing is horrible. But I’m writing. If I wrote something every day for a few years I would write without mistakes. I also would express my thoughts better without using superfluous words. I need to practice more. Obviously, this daily habit may be developed so easily, and it’s worth to share it with others. One more thing is to make a list and put it on a wall to see it many times a day.
Then I want to say a couple of words about my speaking exercise I’ve been doing last days. I feel it gives me lots of energy, and instead of recording one video a day I do record two or even more. I also awfully like to perform my writing exercise in which I rewrite one page of Wbw’s article on the paper. I can remember long sequences of words, sometimes more than 9 words at once, and then write them down without mistakes just after repeating them several times out laud.
My mental power is growing. I was certainly slower a month ago. However, I have to be careful and pay attention to the balance between intellectual and physical activity.
To make a goal for each week is a nice practice. Maybe it makes sense to shift the focus from intellectual to physical work at every week.
