I’ve noticed that if I start a new day with posting things in the internet or checking out social networks, instead of doing some important tasks, the rest of the day is going on messy and sometimes unpredictable. Well, I think all this internet activity has to be delayed until evening. It seems the main reason which stopped me from learning during last two weeks was as follows. I began my day from typing my journal and after that wasted lots of time in social networks looking after feedback and all these sort of stuff. I spent a lot of energy coming back to these sights over and over, and my excuse was that it’s only a few seconds to check out what’s going on. But now I can see how silly it was to afford myself doing this useless actions and how all of this affected my general condition and behavior.
Today was a good day. I began it by making schedule after breakfast. It’s a nice start to think about what you are going to do within a day by lying in bed and digesting food. I certainly need to develop this habit.
I returned to learning math and it was so cool that I felt awesome at the rest of the day. I also returned to my gymnastic exercises which was amazing either. My body is full of energy again, and I’m ready to widen my cognitive horizon. Tomorrow I’m going to recover my speaking practice, which was left for more than two weeks. It has to bring tons of motivation and make me speaking English as well as it can be imagined.
