Hegel walked through K;nigsberg Park. Some visitor sat on a bench and listened to the radio.

There was a program about culture.

At first, the announcer talked about Rome.

A little later a voice came from the radio, a woman's voice:

A female voice said:

- My friends are the descendants of Aristotle and Plato!  I intend to find out what is a "Philosophical work!"

Hegel has felt himself sick: "They have raised a bar. From grants and Matilds to philosophical research." "It is more terrible than fairy tales by Hoffmann!" Hegel has sat down on a bench and has begun to whisper something.

The visitor of the park couldn't achieve from Hegel any word, Hegel's whisper was incoherent.

Have called the psychiatrist. The psychiatrist was a person with practical experience. He has managed to catch Hegel's words: "What is a "Philosophical work"?" "It is a theme for Hoffmann".

Sent for Hoffmann.

- Are you ready, Herr Hoffmann, to tell us and Herr Hegel what a "Philosophical work" is?"- the psychiatrist has directly passed to business.

- The rats followed the man playing the flute. They were drowning. It was tragic and scary. About me wrote that I was afraid of the fairy tales and their characters, sometimes shouted from fear, - Hoffmann explained.  But now I am silent. Such a question – "What is a "Philosophical work?" - he's hiding some sort of creative plan.

The psychiatrist looked at Hoffmann suspiciously. Then he turned his eyes to Hegel:

- You yourself, gentlemen, what write? Your's works - philosophical or not philosophical? - how would casually asked he.

Hegel and Hoffmann remained silent.

- They can't answer simple questions! To Ward No. 6 them!
