Mind Transformation 172

11661.
I’ve just finished my self-talk, which went on for more than an hour. I can talk to myself in English effortlessly more than an hour! My language is getting better so fast. Whenever I speak English I feel I want to do it more. I want to develop all ideas I had in my native language. I know it requires lots of time to learn to speak perfectly, but I don’t care that. If I consciously work with my language it will inevitably get better.
Now I’m able to learn ten hours a day during a week, and it’s time to think about quality rather than quantity. I should enhance the quality of my learning and find methods which would help me to plunge into the essence of the language.
Yesterday I wrote about distractive elements of my routine and forced myself to be more attentive. Today I found a dude, whose domain of research is attention, and listened to his TED’s talk. Hence I figured out that I need to pay attention to the attention itself. To be better in learning means to get rid of all the small unimportant things. Every five minutes spent in social networks might turn into hours and days for a long time. Instead of meaninglessly clicking on buttons I can do plenty of useful things in intervals when I need a rest. It may be, for example, an exercise for eyes or for ears or it might be some sort of breathing exercise—
I must create a strong intension to eschew everything that decreases my mental and physical power.
