To learn a target language there is no better way than studying yourself. Take yourself as an object and conceptualize everything you do. Find something you are passionate about and write down all that refers to it. At least there must be one sentence every day. Use words which help to describe your actions as precisely as possible. Count your daily activity: How many times did you this? How much time did you spend on that? For example: I ate two times today, I walked about eight km, I worked ten hours, I spoke with X, I saw Y, I called Z, etc.
Ask yourself as many questions as you can: What am I doing? Why am I doing it? What do I want to get? What’s my first goal? What’s the second? What’s the third? What am I doing to achieve these goals? How am I doing that? Could I do it better? What a kind of information do I need? Where should I find it? When do I expect to get some results? Can I get them faster? Questions, questions, and questions! Learn to make up your own questions and seek answers. Right now, leave this text, sit in a suitable place and make up a question; if you can’t—just sit and wait. After several minutes it comes up without your will. You’re the most interesting thing/object/subject to learn! Figure it out and get started.
