The history of VAR

     The history of the use of video replays (VAR) in football, on planet Earth, originates from the book "They Conquered the Height".
     Almaty, Kazakhstan 1985. I am 15 years old. I tell my friends that the USSR team will be the world champion in 1986.
     Mexico, 1986. Game USSR - Belgium. I support the USSR.  In this game, the Belgians score offside goals.      And again, Mexico is 1986. Then there was the goal by hand. This made Maradona. The triumph of deception continued. I have a dream. VAR must be applied in football. 
     Fact 01. In 2006, I write a fantasy novel about football. The book tells about the use of VAR in the game. In 2013, I publish a book. I dedicate it to the 2018 World Cup in Russia. My dream comes true in an interesting way. The dream will win on the day of the writer! So life thanked me.

     Fact 02. The book describes the use of VAR in the 2018 World Cup. This is stated on page 172. Another incredible event in the book will be the following events that occurred in life.
