If China is the Dragon, then Kyrgyzstan is not even a Pug, but, most likely, a Tarakan, a Fly or even a Mosquito, which is so annoyingly and boldly flying around and mercilessly biting this our neighboring giant so well placed to us.

That's how all 30 years of our independence we were trying to quarrel with the Dragon, which paves the roads and modern infrastructure around the world, constantly pulling his mustache and pestering him - the one who protects us from much smaller and merciless predators, so abundantly running and flying around, they do not touch us just because our neighbor the Dragon, patient to us.
