Woke up lately and had no desire to exercise. There were lots of thoughts like this: I don’t want to do so much gymnastics; It‘s not necessary to do it every day; I want to eat; let’s restrict yourself with only one exercise, etc. However, in spite of these thoughts, I exercised three hours before I had breakfast. It was extremely powerful, and now I have a huge desire to make it my daily routine. Exercises must be placed on the top; then—everything else. This is the replacement of elites—new personal government. Six hours for exercises daily is an amazing idea! So I want to shift to MMA gradually and absorb its terminology, knowledge, experience and so on.
Today, I watched a video about MMA training and simultaneously performed some exercises I saw in the video. YouTube is like a personal coach with million faces. I can choose any program for training, watch videos where the best coaches explain me what to do and simply follow their guide doing as much practice as possible. I can do whatever I want, and knowing English, I can find coherent information about anything. I’ve already started applying my “daily teacher method” publishing new videos in MMA’s group and comment them.
What if I put as much effort into body development as I did with intelligence for these last eight months? I mean to learn martial arts uninterruptedly 10-15 hours a day? Of course, I’ll spend most of the time learning theory. I have to be careful and avoid overtraining. Rally, I certainly have several months to experiment in this domain, and in parallel I can develop my English writing and thinking about the stuff.
