Sun s Chandelier

When you fly above the mountains,
When you skydive down to Earth,
Can you see birds starting a riot?

When you’re piercing the clouds
Higher than the mountains,
Stars are falling down. Do you spot them?

When you reach the stratosphere
With your astronaut’s gear,
The sun is lighting the chandelier.

Bring me a feather off the wing
Of the bird that you’ve seen,
Once it loses it to a stream of wind.

Catch for me the shining star
From the path you were on,
Before it bursts into a ball of fire.

At sunrise that you’ll see
I will send you my kiss
Beaded on a sun’s chandelier.
