The Lucifer

Where angel’s shadow falls down,
Behind its fathers–full attire,
There Lucifer in masking gown
Stirs up the fever and blows fire,

Delivers pain, causes panic,
Smiles as if nothing’s going on,
Invites us over, guides to wreckage,
And puts the doctor’s coat on.

He’s senseless, crippling and egoistic,
His endless days won’t count yet
As long as angel altruistic
Is blindly covering the secret,

As long as angel trembles shyly
In hopes to fix the fallen souls,
The Lucifer is walking valley
Of life, unharmed and smelling foul.
