TASS, on February 12. The Brazilian mining company Vale knew about the increased threat of break of the dam in the southeast of the country in October, 2018. On Monday with reference to internal documents of the company the Reuters agency reported about it.

According to the report of October 3, the risk of collapse of the dam exceeded the maximum allowed level according to security policy of Vale twice. The dam was placed in category of "special attention" and planned to be taken out of service, notes the agency.

In the document it is also said that the collapse of the design [of the dam] can lead of more than hundred people to death and cost the companies of $1.5 billion …

The dam constraining water with waste of metallurgical industry collapsed on January 25 in the municipality of Brumadinho of the State of Minas Gerais. Researchers counted a trajectory of a celestial body in advance, TASS professor of department of physical methods and devices of quality control of Ural Federal University (URFA), the researcher of the Chelyabinsk meteorite Victor Grokhovsky reported.

"Recently messages about three falling of meteorites were recorded: in the territory of Russia, Cuba and Venezuela.

For the fall of the Novorossiysk meteorite, which was about a week ago, watched the entire Krasnodar region. We were counting the trajectory, but there's a very large area of debris scattering. The meteorite is not found yet, rather big area, but we are watching everything", - he told.

According to professor is not present doubts that the fallen body is a meteorite …"
